00:00Hello and welcome here in Cologne for the Junior Programme and the Shootout event 2025.
00:08The Porsche Junior Programme is a development program for aspiring racing talent and we're
00:16doing this already since 1997. Today the Porsche Junior Shootout or at least a part of it is
00:23taking place here in the Porsche Esports Performance Center. We have a lot of possibilities here to
00:28test the candidates, how they're interacting in the simulator now, how they're interacting
00:34with people that they don't know. For example we have medical checks, they're doing media checks,
00:39interviews and like everything that you can imagine to really get to know the candidates
00:44and to kind of yeah get that little extra twinkle out of them and to really know their personality
00:50so that is always happening around it. Same like physical and mental checks.
00:55So the Junior 2026 will definitely race within the Porsche Mobile One Super Cup. It's the pinnacle
01:05of our One Make Series. They're running through a programme that is based on several coachings
01:10and support. We're talking about mental coaching, medical coaching and what is important to say is
01:17that it's an individual coaching. Figure out where are their needs, where do I need a bit more of
01:22support and to make sure we have the best package at the end of the day.
