00:00What does it mean to be able to have a supermarket in Colwood? What does it mean

00:03for the suburb? It's unreal. We moved here about 18 months ago now and always

00:08had to drive to Albion Park to sort of pick up our groceries or even out the

00:11Shalaba way. So something close, local for the community is unreal. It's great.

00:15Tongara Road is a bit of a nightmare for most people, especially in peak hour

00:18traffic or coming home from work and you know to pick up those groceries of

00:22course it's a bit of a nightmare. So no, it's great. Finally is probably the right

00:26word. Yeah, no, it's really exciting actually. Just being able to walk down

00:31the road to grab bits and pieces really, that's what it's going to be all about.

00:35So having the gym close by, probably some more shops than I was expecting to be here

00:41so it's going to be really quite convenient. I think you'll probably see a

00:45little bit more growth here. You're going to get a lot of people from not just from

00:52Calderwood but from Talambar across the way and some of the sections of Albion

00:55Park sort of coming over here. Make it a little bit busier but you know what, it's good.
