Agents Gilbert Murcott and Shannon Jaeschke wrap up the final sale of the year at Jamestown
Transcript
00:00Marker here today is our last sale for 2025. We had a pretty large yarding here today of varied
00:07weights in all sort of categories. Big runs of weather lambs, anywhere from 25 up to
00:14sort of 55 kilos and the heavier end I thought were a little bit back on where they have been
00:19recently but then that lighter end I think were quite dear and sold extremely well. A lamb job
00:26similar enough to where it has been. Top edge, a little bit selective on the merino front. Our secondary
00:32styled lambs it's probably where the most competition and demand was with that job
00:36being probably a fractioned era and crossy lambs yeah generally pretty similar to the market go.
00:40Breeding sheep not as much weight in our top end of our young sheep with more
00:45mid-range years offered and young years out of the northwest partial country that met very strong
00:50demand and our breeding sheep similar enough on selective pens but a lot more older.
00:55mixed styled sheep he offered today which still met probably reasonable demand on the day.
01:00So we just thank everyone that's been involved with the Jamesense side of it. Buyers, vendors, agents,
01:04truckies and just overall followers so we hope you have a very good Christmas and
01:09new year and we can all see you back in 2026.
