00:00I initially was trying to decide if I should go to northbound or southbound on 95 and I was thinking I should just go southbound because I wanted to check the rest area but then something told me to go northbound so I was like I'll just go northbound and then driving northbound I happened to look over to my left hand side and saw the Tesla ran off the road.
00:30So I ran up to the car saw that the doors were still locked and couldn't get them unlocked or open and
00:59heard a guy in the car and I'm having to bust the window down and
01:07asked him to sit back a little bit so I cut the airbag and had him pull him out the car
01:15and drive back to him I don't know about 10 feet away from the car until some other folks came and helped me out.
01:23Yeah he said there was nobody else in the vehicle but with a crash like that sometimes you're not all the way with it so I asked him multiple times and had other people check as well as I did to make sure there was absolutely nobody else in the car.
01:38I think it literally happened seconds before I pulled it up so yeah if I hadn't gone northbound I don't know if he if anybody else was going to stop.
