01:32Sabi naman ni House Committee on Appropriations Vice Chair Zia Alonto Adyong,

01:36malaking tulong ito para mapalakas ang transparency at accountability sa proseso ng pagpasa ng budget proposal.

01:43Habang para naman kay House Senior Deputy Minority Leader Edgar Erice,

01:48dahil sa masusing pagtutok ng lahat sa budget na sinabayan pa ng mga kilos protesta kontra korupsyon,

01:54siguradong better budget ang maipapasa ngayon ng kongreso kumpara nitong mga nakalipas na taon.

02:00It will definitely be better. But syempre, kailangan tingnan natin kung makita natin kung ano pa rin yung final result.
