00:06This is good exercise for mine and for the brand.

00:08I'm not in the same type of shape I used to be.

00:11You know what I'm saying?

00:12That's what I'm trying to tell you.

00:13You got to live healthy and be healthy.

00:14I feel better though, right?

00:15I feel great, man.

00:16What's up, man?

00:17I feel happy.

00:18Oh, yeah?

00:19Yeah, because you're just clear about life

00:21and what's important and what's not important.

00:23And sometimes I think, you know,

00:25with the world and the work that we do, you know,

00:28and you're just running and going and going and going.

00:30You're not really living.

00:32Losing weight has helped me think more clearly about life

00:34because I'm not thinking about my weight.

00:36I'm not depressed.

00:37I'm just so focused on being positive

00:39and having a positive life and being happy.

00:42Speaking of that, I got to go to New York.

00:44Yeah? For what?

00:45Well, take my heart to have this meeting

00:47with the record label

00:48and get everything set up for a project.

00:50Dope. How's that?

00:51How's it looking?

00:52It's a great album, man.

00:53You know, it's a new company.

00:54It's a great album.

00:56You've got to be tough being the husband and the manager.

00:58It is.

00:59And it's getting, you know,

01:00it's like you make decisions to try to make that better,

01:04even though they may not be what you want them to be.

01:06But, you know, at the end of the day, God's in control.

01:09Working with Tamar has been great.

01:11You know, we've been together 14 years.

01:13It's a lot of hard work because it never cuts off.

01:19I mean, it's somebody that you never get away from.

01:26You always have to do something,

01:28and something's always going on, you know?
