01:40Monday court date in Queens. Vulture reports that the rapper was supposed to appear in court for her
01:45alleged involvement in the assault against the bartending sisters Jade and Batty G. And just in
01:50case you missed it, this all went down over the summer when Cardi B thought Jade slept with Offset
01:55and reportedly got her posse to attack the sisters. The rapper even turned herself into law enforcement
02:01back in October. One of Cardi's lawyers blamed her absence on, quote, poor communication and poor
02:07coordination. The lawyer continued by saying, quote, this is not an instance where the defendant is
02:12elevating her interests above the court or the people. The judge decided to give Cardi B one more
02:17chance to, quote, show she understands the importance of showing up. If Cardi skips her
02:22new court date this Friday, the court will issue a bench warrant for her arrest. And I know, I know,
