00:15Here's this wild story with lots of violence and creativity and confusion and chaos.

00:24He's seen a whole lot of life and he's lucky to have come through the other side.

00:30I was wired for chaos before I knew anything.

00:39Like they just dropped us in the middle of hell and expected us to kind of just raise ourselves.

00:46We're getting ready to leave. Our drummer blitz. Can't find him anywhere.

00:51Harley, guess what? You're the drummer.

00:55Everybody had to see the kid. They were in love with him.

00:58I said, who the fuck is this little kid up there with a drum?

01:02How have the laws of the universe changed that allowed this kid to move in a grown-up world?

01:08Probably by 13, he had seen a whole lot of stuff that maybe someone of that age can do without.

01:14I enjoyed a fight, but I wasn't into just like extreme violence for the sake of it.

01:24And that pushed me to the dark, dark place.

01:28That's when I was just like, you will fucking fear me.

01:31Do you think I'm going to go by myself and attack a fucking room full of people?

01:40This ain't a fucking Jackie fucking Chan movie.

01:44You're going to end up dead.

01:45He's trying to process this completely chaotic life filled with mayhem and violence and abuse.

02:01We were all together on a life raft, doing our best to keep life as sane as we could for his kids.

02:12You do that by not giving hope.
