Transcript
00:00Lil Xan reacts to Mac Miller's official cause of death.
00:06French Montana reveals why he wishes he was with Mac the night he died.
00:10Plus, Rihanna is taking legal action to make sure Trump doesn't play her music anymore.
00:18Hey guys, it's Ali for Hollywood Life and first Aerosmith told Trump to stop living on the edge,
00:23then Pharrell told Trump he wasn't happy with his song choice,
00:26and now Rihanna has joined the party telling Trump to please stop the music.
00:30Completely ignoring those bad puns, Riri's lawyers have sent a cease and desist letter
00:34to Trump's legal team after the president played Rihanna's 2008 hit,
00:38Don't Stop the Music, at his rally in Chattanooga last Sunday.
00:42A reporter from the Washington Post tweeted Rihanna about the song being played,
00:45and she replied by saying,
00:47me nor my people would ever be at or around one of those tragic rallies. Preach, girl.
00:53But okay, moving on to French Montana, TMZ's Raquel Harper interviewed the rapper for Rack Rants,
00:59and he told her he thinks Mac Miller didn't have supportive people around him at the time of his
01:04OD. Montana went on to say that he believes he could have stopped him from going too far if he
01:10was with him that night. I just feel like they let him get away with whatever you choose to do.
01:14I feel like I have people that if I do something like that, like how I was to him, like a big brother,
01:19like, bro, like you're bugging out. He didn't have that around him. Because if I did it that night,
01:25if I was around him a couple more nights, I would have made him stop.
01:29But okay, recall yesterday we told you the official cause of Mac Miller's death was a lethal
01:34combination of fentanyl and cocaine. Well, after the report was released, rapper Lil Xan reached out
01:40to TMZ to give his reaction to the news and opened up about his own struggles with drugs. Xan revealed that
01:46he had a feeling Mac's death was related to fentanyl and went on to describe his own experiences with
01:51the drug. It's always fentanyl, you know what I mean? It's just, it's always, you know, with Peep,
01:55rest in peace to Peep. Um, it's just always fucking Xanax, but with fentanyl in it, like it's, it's,
02:02it's like, and now they're putting fentanyl in cocaine, like imagine snorting fentanyl.
02:07Unfortunately, you know, I was selling Xanax back, like, before I was a rapper, you know, when it was real.
02:12And the minute, uh, the minute, like it got to the fentanyl, I was like, I, I, I'm not gonna sell
02:17this. This is, you know, my friends were taking it. They, they were puking. I was like, I can't,
02:23I'm out of the game. You know what I mean? I'll sell weed. Lil Xan then spoke a little on addiction
02:27and his journey to become completely sober. As far as my sobriety goes right now, like there was a long
02:34period of time where I was clean, but I relapsed and that's common. And I think that's where people
02:39relate. Any other addict would, would understand that that just happens. You just relapse. You
02:46don't want to, and then you get clean again. You really, it's like a process. You need like
02:50treatment and help. And sometimes that doesn't even help. You know, it has to come from within.
02:56That's what I've learned. Lil Xan has been hard at work on his new album,
02:59a tribute to Mac Miller called be safe and told TMZ that he's isolated himself in the woods to focus
03:05and recover. Wow. For someone whose stage name includes a highly abused drug, Lil Xan's extremely
03:10serious about staying clean and don't take that the wrong way. We're proud of you over here, Diego.
03:14Keep it up. Seriously. But okay guys, click the sub, like and bell button and stay tuned for all the
03:20latest news on your favorite celebs. Bye.
