00:05Offset fans are blaming Cardi for his album not dropping.

00:22According to TMZ, Kenneth's inmate disciplinary history shows he was written up 18 times

00:28from 2006 to 2013 while he was serving time for a manslaughter conviction.

00:34Kenneth was slapped for two violent conduct violations in 2010 for threats and fighting.

00:40He also has another fighting violation and five violations for disobeying a direct order.

00:45On top of this, there was an incident in 2009 where he was cited for nine separate violations

00:50and got four months in solitary as punishment.

00:54As we previously reported, Nicki is living her best life with her rekindled flame and believes he's a changed man.
