Trump intensified pressure on President Zelensky, questioning Ukraine’s wartime election delays while framing corruption as a major concern. In a live address, he announced an imminent call with Thailand and Cambodia, claiming he alone could end their border clashes. Trump also took aim at Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell and unveiled the new Trump Gold Card, promoted as a government-funding initiative with greater privileges than a green card. His remarks blended foreign policy ambitions with aggressive political messaging.

00:00:00Well, thank you very much.
00:00:02It's been an interesting day from the standpoint of news.
00:00:08As you probably know, we've just seized a tanker
00:00:13on the coast of Venezuela, a large tanker, very large.
00:00:18Largest one ever seized, actually.
00:00:21And other things are happening.
00:00:23So you'll be seeing that later,
00:00:26and you'll be talking about that later with some other people.
00:00:28Very excitingly for me and for the country,
00:00:33we've just launched the Trump Gold Card.
00:00:36It was about 30 minutes from now.
00:00:42The site goes up and all funds go to the United States government.
00:00:46It could be a tremendous amount of money.
00:00:49It'll also be able to have people like this keep,
00:00:52as an example, just one example.
00:00:53There are a lot of examples of people just buying them.
00:00:56It's somewhat like a green card,
00:00:58but with big advantages over a green card.
00:01:02And companies are going to be able to go
00:01:04to the Wharton School of Finance,
00:01:08the Stern Business School, Harvard, MIT,
00:01:13wherever you may get your students, any school.
00:01:16And you're able to buy a card and keep that person
00:01:21in the United States, actually.
00:01:22So you have this certainty.
00:01:24Because a lot of I've heard from Tim Cook of Apple,
00:01:28and I've heard from a lot of people,
00:01:30some of the people at this table,
00:01:32that essentially in the United States,
00:01:35you can't keep the student.
00:01:36You can't hire people from the best colleges
00:01:39because you don't know whether or not you can keep the person.
00:01:41They come and have the people get out.
00:01:44They throw the person out of the country.
00:01:46You graduate number one from your college.
00:01:47And there's no way of guaranteeing,
00:01:50I guess you could say,
00:01:52there's no way of guaranteeing
00:01:53that they're able to stay in the country.
00:01:56Howard, maybe you'll give a little description
00:01:58of the Trump Gold Card, please.
00:02:01The President Trump's Gold Card is $1 million.
00:02:06And for a corporation, it's $2 million.
00:02:08And as the President said, for a corporation,
00:02:13they spend $2 million.
00:02:15They can then have an employee.
00:02:18Full vetting.
00:02:19The best vetting the government has ever done.
00:02:21$15,000 vetting to make sure these people
00:02:26absolutely qualify to be in America.
00:02:28Absolutely qualify.
00:02:30And then the company can keep them here,
00:02:33and they have a path to citizenship, right?
00:02:36Obviously, they have to be perfect people in America.
00:02:39And having passed the vetting, after five years,
00:02:42they'll be available to become citizens.
00:02:44And then the corporation can put someone else on the card.
00:02:47So, for a company,
00:02:48they can keep putting people on the card.
00:02:50One person per card.
00:02:52And for an individual, it's a million dollars,
00:02:54and it's a gift to the United States of America
00:02:58to help America be great again under the Donald Trump.
00:03:03And there are two gifts.
00:03:04It's a gift of getting somebody great coming into our country,
00:03:09because we think these will be some tremendous people
00:03:12that wouldn't be allowed to stay.
00:03:13You know, they graduated from college.
00:03:14They have to go back to India.
00:03:15They have to go back to China.
00:03:17They have to go back to France.
00:03:19They have to go back to wherever they came from.
00:03:21Very hard to stay. It's a shame.
00:03:23It's ridiculous things. We've — we're taking care of that.
00:03:26The companies are going to be very happy.
00:03:29I know Apple is going to be happy.
00:03:30But a lot of the companies — nobody —
00:03:33nobody talked to me more about it than Kim Cook.
00:03:37He said, it's a real — it's a real problem,
00:03:40and it's not going to be a problem anymore.
00:03:41As you know, they used to send people up to Canada
00:03:44and other places, other countries.
00:03:46So we solved that.
00:03:47And the other thing is, it'll take in, we think,
00:03:49probably billions of dollars that will go to the Treasury
00:03:53of the United States that will go to an account
00:03:56where we can do things positive for the country.
00:04:00So it'll be a great thing.
00:04:00We'll take in, I think, you know, billions of dollars.
00:04:05Many billions of dollars, even.
00:04:08So that's very exciting.
00:04:12The Trump accounts are doing really well.
00:04:16We have a man on my right, Michael Dell,
00:04:18who's an extraordinary person.
00:04:20His wife — his wife is even more extraordinary.
00:04:23I think I can say that.
00:04:24They have such a good relationship, you don't know much.
00:04:26She's an extraordinary person.
00:04:27The President Trump has a great wife.
00:04:30But they're two great people.
00:04:31And as you know, last week,
00:04:33Michael contributed $6,250,000,000.
00:04:39And this is just something that's so special.
00:04:43So many people are in love with that.
00:04:46He understood it right from the beginning.
00:04:48It was his idea.
00:04:50And he understood it right from the beginning.
00:04:52Could you give maybe just a little description
00:04:54of why you loved it for such a long period of time?
00:04:57And we were able to get it through the great,
00:04:58big, beautiful bill, basically.
00:05:00That's how — what gave us the authorization to do it.
00:05:04Michael, please.
00:05:04The President Trump Yeah, absolutely, sir.
00:05:05So, you know, when we first heard about this idea,
00:05:09the idea was that the government would give $1,000
00:05:14to a newborn baby in an account that they would own.
00:05:19And it would go in essentially the S&P 500 and compound.
00:05:23And when the child becomes 18,
00:05:25they could use that money to go to college,
00:05:29to buy a home, to start a business, to continue saving.
00:05:33And, you know, I thought that was a great idea.
00:05:36I thought that would be great if companies matched
00:05:39the government's contribution, which we're doing.
00:05:42And a lot of the companies around the table
00:05:43have committed to doing that.
00:05:45And also the thought about this is, wow,
00:05:49this is going to be like a platform for families
00:05:53and communities and philanthropists
00:05:56to contribute to those accounts.
00:05:58And so we originally started with the idea of,
00:06:02well, what if we gave some money to all the kids
00:06:07in our home state of Texas?
00:06:09Right?
00:06:10We thought that would be a nice thing to do.
00:06:12The President Trump That's still a lot.
00:06:13The President Trump Yeah, yeah, it is.
00:06:14One out of 10 new kids in America, born in Texas.
00:06:17The President Trump That's pretty good.
00:06:19The President Trump Happen to be a fan
00:06:21of the state of Texas.
00:06:22But anyway, we thought about it some more.
00:06:24We thought, you know, this is going to be
00:06:27something really special.
00:06:29We have a foundation.
00:06:30It focuses on children.
00:06:31It's been around for 26 years.
00:06:33And we said, well, why don't we go bigger?
00:06:35And so we talked about it.
00:06:36And, you know, now that the Investment America Act
00:06:41is a law, which that in itself is an incredible thing
00:06:47that occurred, it does create a platform.
00:06:51And we were super happy to announce
00:06:54that we would give, you know, $250.
00:06:59We arrived at $250 because next year will be
00:07:04the 250th birthday of America and 25 million children.
00:07:07We thought that was a nice thing to do
00:07:09because it would include most of the children that are 10
00:07:14and under, that are not part of the government program,
00:07:18that live in zip codes where the median income is less
00:07:22than $150,000.
00:07:23And that was also an important part of our contribution.
00:07:27And I do believe there will be a number of other large gifts announced.
00:07:32I've already spoken with a few that will be announcing gifts
00:07:36at the state level.
00:07:37Right.
00:07:38And more to come.
00:07:40The President Biden is amazing.
00:07:42And it's amazing the vision you have.
00:07:43But that's why you're so successful, frankly.
00:07:46And to think that Michael started off with not a lot of money,
00:07:51I would say, right?
00:07:52Not too much.
00:07:53Like, very little.
00:07:55And he can give a gift of $6 million, $250 million.
00:07:59And I know he said he's going to do a lot more.
00:08:03It's pretty amazing.
00:08:05It's really a beautiful thing to watch.
00:08:08So great for our country.
00:08:10So we have the Trump accounts are doing really well.
00:08:12And it's become, I have to tell you,
00:08:14just everyone is talking about him beyond what I would have even thought.
00:08:19And it's going to make some young people relatively very wealthy.
00:08:25And in some cases, I mean, it could really be off to a great start.
00:08:30So some people have had that advantage
00:08:32and some people haven't, but it's a wonderful thing.
00:08:34Thank you to you and your beautiful wife.
00:08:36Thank you very much.
00:08:38So it's a pleasure to welcome so many brilliant minds
00:08:41and distinguished business leaders back to the White House.
00:08:43I love these brilliant minds,
00:08:45including Michael Dell of Dell Technologies,
00:08:49who makes a great product.
00:08:52And I want to thank him for what he's done,
00:08:55what we just discussed, the accounts.
00:08:58We also are grateful to be joined by Enrique Louris
00:09:01of HP.
00:09:04So thank you very much, Enrique.
00:09:07Great job you're doing.
00:09:09Antonio Neri of HP Enterprise.
00:09:12Thank you very much.
00:09:13What's the difference between HP and HP Enterprise?
00:09:16We focus on the cloud security networking and large systems.
00:09:20The cloud is good.
00:09:22People have done very well with the cloud.
00:09:25That's great.
00:09:27Arvind Krishna of IBM, who's actually become,
00:09:32I would say, a legend.
00:09:33The job he's done is taken the stock from a rather low price
00:09:36to a very nice price.
00:09:39I won't say high because I'm sure you're going to say
00:09:41it's going to go up a lot more.
00:09:42So I can't say a high price.
00:09:45But he took IBM into a new stratosphere that nobody,
00:09:49I think, saw.
00:09:51If you go back to before when he took over the company,
00:09:56you would have — nobody would have even imagined
00:09:58that you'd be able to do what you've done.
00:09:59So congratulations.
00:10:01You've been kind of a good friend.
00:10:03Cristiano Amon of Qualcomm.
00:10:08And thank you very much. Congratulations on the success.
00:10:12The President.
00:10:13I know a lot about your company.
00:10:14You've done amazing.
00:10:16And executive director of the Technology CEO Council,
00:10:20Bruce Mailman.
00:10:22So, thank you very much.
00:10:28I think that these people know each other.
00:10:31We're going to be talking a little bit about technology today,
00:10:33and we'll take a few of your questions about technology.
00:10:37I'm sure you probably won't have too many of those questions.
00:10:39You'll be asking about some other things.
00:10:40Right, Bruce?
00:10:42Our administration is committed to total dominance in technology.
00:10:46Right now, we're leading artificial intelligence by a lot.
00:10:51And I think, you know, you look at what's going up,
00:10:55and we're writing rules, regulations.
00:10:58We want to keep it at the federal government level.
00:11:00So it's simple for the companies.
00:11:02Very important, frankly.
00:11:04And I think we're pretty well committed.
00:11:07I spoke to some of the senators today.
00:11:10And I think we're committed to do that.
00:11:12We want to make it as simple as possible, as easy.
00:11:15Because you're competing with some very big sources,
00:11:19and we want to stay number one by a lot.
00:11:22We're leading the world in building new data centers
00:11:24and new semiconductor and chip manufacturing facilities
00:11:28and new capacity for AI.
00:11:30And we're unleashing all of the forms, literally all forms of energy
00:11:34and natural gas and oil to clean beautiful coal
00:11:37and safe, reliable nuclear power.
00:11:40And I'm giving them approval to when they build these massive plants
00:11:43that cost $50 billion.
00:11:46You know, it used to be that for $50 million,
00:11:48you could build a nice little shopping center.
00:11:51But for $500 million, you could build one of the biggest,
00:11:54most beautiful centers.
00:11:56And now they're talking about $50 billion, so explain that one.
00:12:00These buildings are no — there's never been anything.
00:12:04There's never been anything like that.
00:12:06So you're all involved in that.
00:12:09It's pretty amazing.
00:12:11One year ago, our country was considered dead
00:12:14by many leaders throughout the world.
00:12:17And now we have what's called the hottest country anywhere in the world.
00:12:19We're the hottest country in the world right now.
00:12:21Ten months took us.
00:12:23I thought it was going to take longer, Michael.
00:12:25I really — I didn't think we were going to have this success this soon.
00:12:28We have over $18 trillion being invested.
00:12:33Much of it by — like you're in for a lot.
00:12:36What's the number that you're looking at?
00:12:37Mr. $150.
00:12:38The President's $150 billion?
00:12:40Mr. Yes.
00:12:41The President's $150 billion.
00:12:41That's good. I don't know, Michael.
00:12:42Am I allowed to ask you?
00:12:43You already gave $6,250,000.
00:12:46Do you have a — have you stated a number that you're at
00:12:49for investment — future investment?
00:12:51Mr. Well, you know, if I —
00:12:53if I think about all the, you know, investment that we make
00:12:58with the American companies that are adding capacity,
00:13:02particularly around semiconductors,
00:13:04it's — it's several hundred billion dollars.
00:13:06The President's $150 billion.
00:13:08The President's $150 billion.
00:13:10That's pretty good.
00:13:11Mr. Yeah, yeah.
00:13:12It's pretty good.
00:13:12The President's $150 billion.
00:13:13It makes the $6 billion sound very, very small.
00:13:16That's very good.
00:13:18Antonio, what about you guys?
00:13:20What about you and Reiki?
00:13:23How's that going?
00:13:25Mr. Well, we have —
00:13:25The President's $150 billion.
00:13:26I mean, have you announced a number or anything?
00:13:27Mr. No, I'm actually happy to share it with you.
00:13:30Over the next few years, we're going to invest
00:13:32an additional $3.5 billion building,
00:13:33secure, manufacturing.
00:13:34Mr. Right.
00:13:35The President's $150 billion.
00:13:35We've built the largest supercomputer
00:13:37for the United States government
00:13:38that supports both the DOD and DOE.
00:13:41So, in the next 18 months,
00:13:43we're going to build the last —
00:13:44the largest five supercomputers
00:13:46that will keep the United States ahead of the game,
00:13:49both in life science and AI,
00:13:51but also to keep ahead,
00:13:53only in the entire stack,
00:13:54at the national security level.
00:13:56The President's $150 billion.
00:13:56Are you doing it separately?
00:13:58Are you doing it together or separately?
00:14:00Mr. No, we are totally separate companies.
00:14:02The President's $150 billion.
00:14:03From our side, we invest in the U.S.
00:14:04around $19 billion per year.
00:14:06So, if you look at the last five —
00:14:07The President's $150 billion.
00:14:08The President's $150 billion.
00:14:12And we are going to be investing in AI at the edge,
00:14:15not only on data centers,
00:14:16but how to make AI available to customers in PCs,
00:14:20in headsets, in devices that they will be using every day.
00:14:24The President's $150 billion.
00:14:25The President's $150 billion.
00:14:27And you're doing well.
00:14:28HP is doing right well.
00:14:29Yes.
00:14:30The President's $150 billion.
00:14:32The President's $150 billion.
00:14:33Are you direct competitors?
00:14:35Yes.
00:14:36The President's $150 billion.
00:14:37That's why they're on different sides of the table, sir.
00:14:39The President's $150 billion.
00:14:41The old days would say,
00:14:42why don't you make a deal?
00:14:43I guess now it's not so easy to make a deal.
00:14:44The President's $150 billion.
00:14:46We can have an arm wrestling match now.
00:14:47The President's $150 billion.
00:14:48The President's $150 billion.
00:14:48And, Cristiano, you've been amazing, right?
00:14:50Your company with the investments.
00:14:52How are you doing with investing?
00:14:53The President's $150 billion.
00:14:53We're doing great.
00:14:54I think, Mr. President, you have a great decision,
00:14:56I think, when you drove our company to continue to be innovating.
00:15:01And I think we're doing very good.
00:15:02We've been — in addition to doing phones,
00:15:04I think we're now — our chips are going to every car company
00:15:08in the world, all the car companies.
00:15:10We're entering today, robotics.
00:15:13There's a lot of — there's a lot of growth in robotics
00:15:15and the data center, new smart glasses,
00:15:18going to be the future of mobile devices, industrial.
00:15:21I think a lot of the drive towards manufacturing the country
00:15:25is driving a lot of technology for smart manufacturing.
00:15:27We're making chips for that.
00:15:29So I think we're very excited.
00:15:31And I think, like Michael, I think the number of industries
00:15:34our chips are being enabling is driving hundreds of billions
00:15:37of other investments and — and, most important for us,
00:15:40say, my conductor manufacturing is very important.
00:15:43So we are going to be customer of the fabs
00:15:47that are being built in the United States by TSMC and Samsung.
00:15:51So we're just going to keep going forward.
00:15:53The President, yeah, those investments are very important,
00:15:55and we are all customers of those fabs.
00:15:57The President, those two are my customers, too.
00:15:59So I —
00:15:59The President, memory stuff? Memory?
00:16:01The President, we know the memory.
00:16:02We do a lot of the processes.
00:16:03The President, who's the king of memory?
00:16:05It's Micron.
00:16:06The President, and the SK Hynix and Samsung.
00:16:08The President, and Micron is another one doing very well.
00:16:09The President, that's great.
00:16:11Yeah, I heard you're doing fantastically.
00:16:13Congratulations.
00:16:13The President, thank you for being present.
00:16:15The President, the stock market has set a 51 —
00:16:18think of this — 51 all-time record highs
00:16:21during the last 10 months.
00:16:23Fifty-one.
00:16:24You guys are pretty beneficious.
00:16:26You're setting the records, right?
00:16:28It's amazing.
00:16:29Fifty-one times we've hit a new high.
00:16:32And in the history of our country, if you think about it,
00:16:3451 times during the last 10 months.
00:16:37And, Bruce, let me ask you, pull these people all together.
00:16:41How is it looking for technology?
00:16:43The President, a lot of global competition.
00:16:45But you'd rather be playing our hand
00:16:47than any other hand in the world.
00:16:49The President, we have a good hand right now, don't we?
00:16:54Joe Biden secured just really much less than a trillion dollars
00:16:59of new investments in four years.
00:17:02And in 10 months, we secured more than $18 trillion.
00:17:04So 18 times the amount in 10 months,
00:17:07what they did in four years.
00:17:09And they would have gone negative.
00:17:11They were heading toward negative.
00:17:12In other words, not a trillion dollars,
00:17:16but it could have been three or four or five trillion less
00:17:18because people were leaving.
00:17:20So it was a big turnaround.
00:17:22In 10 months, the $18 trillion — it's a record.
00:17:26There's never been a country that's gotten anywhere near that.
00:17:30In the Middle East, when I left the Middle East,
00:17:32we brought back $3 trillion
00:17:33and lots of Boeing airplanes, like 300.
00:17:36And Boeing gave me the award for the greatest salesman
00:17:39in the history of Boeing,
00:17:40which is a nice little award every year.
00:17:42The greatest — I think I've sold 1,000 Boeing planes.
00:17:45Can you believe it?
00:17:46Now all they have to do is make them.
00:17:48Okay?
00:17:49They've got to make them, but they will.
00:17:52But we have made historic trade deals with the United Kingdom,
00:17:56China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Japan, the EU, Malaysia,
00:18:01Cambodia, El Salvador, Argentina, Ecuador, Guatemala,
00:18:05Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Thailand,
00:18:08and South Korea, and many others.
00:18:12And a lot of it's based on the November 5th election result,
00:18:15which was a massive victory.
00:18:18We won all seven swing states, the popular vote.
00:18:22We won the Electoral College by a landslide.
00:18:24We won counties.
00:18:27The counties, they do it.
00:18:29I don't know.
00:18:29To me, it's the most accurate of all, in many ways.
00:18:34We're at 2,700 counties against 525.
00:18:40That's pretty good. Right, Christiana?
00:18:42The President of the United Kingdom
00:18:42That's pretty good.
00:18:42The President of the United Kingdom
00:18:432,700 against 525 — 525.
00:18:47That's why when you see the maps are all red,
00:18:49except for a little — two little blue lines
00:18:51on the right and the left side of the map,
00:18:54they're probably changing, too.
00:18:55Americans are great builders.
00:18:58And in the Trump administration,
00:19:00America is once again a country
00:19:01where innovators get a green light.
00:19:03You have the greatest innovators in the world
00:19:06at this table, and representing a lot of their friends
00:19:10who are competitors and friends.
00:19:12But we're really on a big move to get rid of red tape
00:19:18so they can run their businesses
00:19:19and not have to wait 10 years for approval.
00:19:22In the old days, getting some of these approvals
00:19:25for plants that are already being built
00:19:27would have taken 10, 15, even 20 years prior to rejection.
00:19:32You get rejected.
00:19:33You'd work 20 years, and then you'd lose five to four.
00:19:37And we're getting plants approved in a matter of weeks —
00:19:41the biggest plants ever built in a matter of weeks.
00:19:45For every new regulation,
00:19:46we're slashing more than 10 old regulations.
00:19:50So we're not allowing regulations
00:19:53unless they slash 10 old regulations.
00:19:57We did that in the first term,
00:19:58and we cut more regulation than any administration ever.
00:20:03In our first term, we have the all-time record.
00:20:05And I think we're exceeding it here.
00:20:07In fact, now it's 1 in 24 is the number we're at.
00:20:12It's 1 in 10 you have to do.
00:20:13Otherwise, we're not letting you do it.
00:20:16But we're actually up to 1 in 24.
00:20:18So we get rid of 24 regulations for every one.
00:20:20That's not a bad deal, right?
00:20:23And it's been very exciting, actually.
00:20:25But including we're allowing 100 —
00:20:28in the Great Big Beautiful Deal,
00:20:30we're allowing 100 percent expensing for capital expenditures,
00:20:34including investments in factories and equipment and structure.
00:20:38So — including even structure.
00:20:41So that if Michael goes out and builds a factory,
00:20:43you can take it against tax immediately, the whole thing.
00:20:47You don't have to wait 38 years or do it over a 38-year period.
00:20:52And I think that's what made the first tax cut,
00:20:55which we, by the way, got extended in this tax cut.
00:20:58So — and you add it up.
00:21:00It's the biggest tax cut in the history of our country.
00:21:03But I think that the expensing factor —
00:21:06and it's good for 10 years to —
00:21:08I think that's the — maybe it was the reason
00:21:11that so much growth was — there were other reasons,
00:21:14but so much growth was gotten in the first term.
00:21:18So earlier this year, I said that the challenges of our time
00:21:21demand a new spirit of patriotism and national loyalty
00:21:24in Silicon Valley, smart people,
00:21:28and from the whole technology sector.
00:21:30And that patriotism is on huge display here in this room
00:21:34with some of the most brilliant people.
00:21:36And I'd now like to ask Secretary Howard Lutnik
00:21:39to say a few words,
00:21:41and OSTP Director Michael Kratios also say a few words.
00:21:46And I look forward to hearing from Michael
00:21:49a little bit about this subject.
00:21:50Cristiano, welcome.
00:21:53And, Arvind, you'll say something.
00:21:56And I appreciate it.
00:21:57And anybody else wants to say a couple of words, feel free.
00:22:01Good job.
00:22:02So why don't we start with Howard, please.
00:22:04So the key to America's success
00:22:08is the amazing innovators that we have.
00:22:11I mean, we have invented everything,
00:22:13from the light bulb, transistor, GPUs.
00:22:16We are on the edge of everything.
00:22:20And we need to keep being on the edge.
00:22:21And the people at this table and this industry
00:22:24is why America is great.
00:22:26We need to build here.
00:22:29You know, for too many years, we innovated.
00:22:32And we let everyone else build our stuff.
00:22:34And we just can't do it anymore.
00:22:36So with President Trump coming and winning the election
00:22:39on November 5th, we changed that.
00:22:41And now we're going to build it here.
00:22:43You've done everything you can.
00:22:44And you've heard trillions and trillions of dollars
00:22:47of technology built coming home to America
00:22:51to protect and defend us and use our innovations here.
00:22:55You're driving interest rates lower.
00:22:57And you're going to continue to drive them lower.
00:22:58That makes it cheaper.
00:22:59It makes it more exciting to build here.
00:23:01You're blowing out the regulatory deep state
00:23:05so that people can build here and do it fast.
00:23:07And the last thing is because of our investment in energy,
00:23:10drive down the cost of energy for all Americans,
00:23:14including the people who are building here,
00:23:16drive down the cost of energy.
00:23:17It's great for America.
00:23:19Put all of that together,
00:23:20and you're going to see the greatest growth
00:23:23the United States of America has ever seen.
00:23:25You're going to see north of 4 percent next year,
00:23:27and then it's going to go up from there to fives and sixes.
00:23:30This President is going to drive the greatest GDP growth,
00:23:33led by the tech sector, coming home and driving growth.
00:23:37The President is going to drive the greatest GDP growth,
00:23:39led by the tech sector, coming home and driving growth.
00:23:41Well, thank you.
00:23:42You know, one of the things I'd like to say,
00:23:43just before going over to Michael and this Michael,
00:23:45and then we'll have this Michael, all right?
00:23:47But one of the things I'd like to say is,
00:23:49in the old days, when you announced really good results
00:23:53in this country, the stock market went up.
00:23:58And that's the way it should be.
00:23:59And we're going back to that.
00:24:01Because otherwise, you can never really attain true greatness.
00:24:06In other words, GDP at 4.
00:24:08Oh, 4 is so high.
00:24:10Let's raise interest rates and kill it.
00:24:12And we're going to go back to the old days.
00:24:15When we announced great results,
00:24:17it doesn't mean we're going to raise interest rates
00:24:19and try and kill it.
00:24:20It means that instead of 4 percent GDP or 3 percent,
00:24:24which I said is so wonderful, 3 percent,
00:24:27it should be able to be 20 or 25 percent.
00:24:29I don't know why it can't be.
00:24:31You shouldn't kill it.
00:24:33And so we hope that if this country announces great results,
00:24:39because you're going to see great results
00:24:40over the next couple of years.
00:24:42All these plants.
00:24:44And I'm not just talking about AI.
00:24:45We have the biggest number of auto plants planned.
00:24:48Toyota just announced $10 billion in plants,
00:24:54built various couple of locations,
00:24:57few locations in the country just a little while ago.
00:25:01They're all coming here.
00:25:01They're coming here because of tariffs,
00:25:03because they don't want to pay tariffs.
00:25:04But they're coming here because of the election
00:25:06and the mindset.
00:25:08But when we announced good results,
00:25:11the market should go up.
00:25:13Now it's when you announce good results, Michael,
00:25:15the market goes down because they say,
00:25:17oh, that means things are good.
00:25:18That means we're going to kill it by raising interest rates.
00:25:21I think it's really wrong.
00:25:22It should be the opposite of what it is now.
00:25:25It should be the way it used to be.
00:25:27We announced good results.
00:25:28The market should go up and we should keep driving it up
00:25:31and have it keep going up and let it be much,
00:25:34much bigger, much, much better.
00:25:37And, you know, growth doesn't mean inflation.
00:25:41They're always afraid that, oh, we have.
00:25:43And if there is inflation, that's okay.
00:25:45Then we can slow it down.
00:25:48But we should be able to do a lot better than three and four.
00:25:52We're scheduled to be at four percent,
00:25:54which is pretty amazing because we have a, you know,
00:25:57deadhead Fed here.
00:26:00I mean, this guy, the head of the Federal Reserve is a stiff.
00:26:05And, you know, you fight that.
00:26:08It's amazing.
00:26:09We fight that, and yet interest rates are going down.
00:26:14Except with him, not too much.
00:26:16He did a, he did a rather, I would say, a rather small number
00:26:22that could have been doubled, at least doubled.
00:26:24And that's the other thing.
00:26:25I think the rates for the United States are always the lowest
00:26:28in the world because without us, there is no world.
00:26:31Without this economy, there's no world.
00:26:34You know, you could go to some of these wonderful countries
00:26:36that you think are so great.
00:26:37Well, one of the reasons they're great is because we allowed them
00:26:40to get rich off of us.
00:26:43We didn't charge them anything.
00:26:45You look at some of the deals, I don't want to say,
00:26:48use Switzerland as an example, but Switzerland paid almost nothing
00:26:52in terms of a tariff or a tax or whatever you want to call it,
00:26:56license, they paid nothing.
00:26:58And, you know, they're paying now.
00:27:01They're paying a fair amount.
00:27:02I had them at 39 percent, but I decided to be nice.
00:27:06I was nice, and I think they like us a little bit better.
00:27:10But the money you're talking about is enormous.
00:27:12Our country is a very rich country.
00:27:14But if we do well, the market should go up
00:27:17and the value of our country should go up.
00:27:19And if we do poorly, the market then should go down.
00:27:24It shouldn't be the opposite.
00:27:25And if we go up, we should encourage it to go up more.
00:27:28And those numbers, when you say, you know, 3 percent of GDP,
00:27:32you were 4 percent of GDP, they should be much higher.
00:27:35So, you know, I wanted to say it.
00:27:38I do say it.
00:27:39I believe it.
00:27:41And we have to get a mindset that when a country is doing well,
00:27:45you don't want to kill the growth.
00:27:47That's what they're doing.
00:27:47They kill the growth.
00:27:49I don't know if you guys even agree with that.
00:27:50They kill the growth because they're so afraid of inflation.
00:27:53But you can have tremendous growth without inflation.
00:27:56Everything goes up with the growth.
00:27:58But that's not inflation.
00:28:00So, I think we can do much better than traditional numbers.
00:28:04And you see that.
00:28:05You see that with what we're doing.
00:28:07We're leading in everything.
00:28:09And now, and remember this, as far as prices are concerned,
00:28:13and they talk about affordability,
00:28:16I inherited the worst inflation in the history of our country.
00:28:20They say it was 48 years.
00:28:21But I say it was the history of what difference?
00:28:24It's 48 years, they were telling me.
00:28:26They said I was being inaccurate because I said the history.
00:28:29I think 48 years is a long time.
00:28:31But it's actually, I disagree.
00:28:32I think it's the history.
00:28:33So, in the Biden administration,
00:28:35I inherited the worst inflation in the history of our country,
00:28:40all 48 years.
00:28:41And prices were very, very high.
00:28:44I brought the prices down.
00:28:47We had yesterday three states where oil was at $1.99 a gallon.
00:28:53How about that?
00:28:54And, you know, with these guys, it was $4, $4.50.
00:28:59In California, it was like $7,
00:29:01because that's a badly run state.
00:29:03But the price for oil and gas and everything else,
00:29:07the price of gasoline was $4.50, $5.00.
00:29:13And we just hit $1 in that. We broke $2.00.
00:29:16I was looking forward to that.
00:29:17A couple of states. Three states.
00:29:19And I will say that when that happens,
00:29:23oil and gas and energy is so big, it's so big a category,
00:29:27you don't even know what number two is.
00:29:28There is no number two.
00:29:30And when you have the prices coming down for energy like that,
00:29:34you've killed inflation, and you're lowering prices.
00:29:37So I inherited, very simply, the highest prices in history.
00:29:43And I'm bringing them down really fast, led by energy.
00:29:48And when energy comes down, everything else comes down.
00:29:51But I've only been here a short while.
00:29:53We gave them a beautiful, beautiful thing,
00:29:55and they destroyed it.
00:29:57They would have destroyed our country
00:29:58had they been allowed to stay.
00:29:59If they, if we didn't win this election,
00:30:02if we had Kamala, who's the same as Joe, low IQ people.
00:30:08But if we had Kamala, you would have a country
00:30:13that would be right now in ruins.
00:30:14I believe that 100 percent.
00:30:18Things would be in a state like nobody's ever seen before.
00:30:22Worse than anything you've ever imagined.
00:30:25Worse than 1929, in my opinion.
00:30:28Instead, we have the hottest country in the world,
00:30:30and we're going to keep it that way.
00:30:31But just to finish, we inherited high prices.
00:30:35We're bringing them down very rapidly.
00:30:37And we're bringing them down to very, very good levels.
00:30:40They'll soon be down at very good levels.
00:30:43Michael, please, go ahead.
00:30:44The President": Absolutely.
00:30:45As everyone in this room probably knows very well,
00:30:48leadership in science and technology
00:30:50has been foundational to our economic
00:30:53and national security for decades.
00:30:55And because of the policies that you have championed
00:30:58and the private sector partnerships that you have made,
00:31:01America currently is leading the world in S&T
00:31:04and is benefiting all Americans every day.
00:31:06The one thing that I want to remind this group of
00:31:08and many of you know, you know,
00:31:10the President has been arguing for American leadership in AI
00:31:13well before ChatGPT was even invented.
00:31:16The President signed an executive order
00:31:18on artificial intelligence leadership in 2019,
00:31:21which stepped the stage for the revolution
00:31:23that we're seeing today.
00:31:25In the past year, we've built on that.
00:31:27We signed out the AI action plan in July of this year,
00:31:30which the President launched here in Washington,
00:31:32along with three EOs.
00:31:34And I know a lot of that effort is around creating
00:31:36a regulatory environment to allow for companies
00:31:38like yours to thrive and for the applications
00:31:40that you build to have the biggest impact
00:31:42on Americans every day.
00:31:44So thank you for everything that you do.
00:31:46And I know we're going to keep working together
00:31:47to make sure that America is the home
00:31:48for the next great technological discoveries.
00:31:51The President": Thank you, Michael.
00:31:52The President": Thank you, sir.
00:31:55Well, look, we greatly appreciate the focus
00:31:59the administration has on lowering energy costs.
00:32:03And, you know, energy is the substrate of manufacturing
00:32:08at the industrial level
00:32:10and really an incredibly important input to the economy.
00:32:15We can't be competitive without a super low-cost energy industry.
00:32:23And I had a great meeting earlier today with Secretary Wright
00:32:27and really appreciate all the work that he's been doing.
00:32:30This is, of course, incredibly important when it comes to AI
00:32:34because it does consume a great deal of power.
00:32:38All the semiconductor manufacturing consumes a great deal of power.
00:32:43Another big area of focus for us is how we can take
00:32:48all this great AI technology, the AI stack,
00:32:53of the innovative companies here in the United States
00:32:58and sell that around the world.
00:32:59And, you know, I'd like to ask Arvind
00:33:02to speak a little bit more about this.
00:33:05Arvind?
00:33:07The President": Thank you.
00:33:08So, Mr. President, first, we really would like to thank you
00:33:10for everything you're doing for economic growth, as you said.
00:33:14I completely agree with you.
00:33:15Economic growth then drives a lot of other benefits
00:33:18to everything else.
00:33:20We also want to thank you for all the work you're doing
00:33:22on deregulation and making things easier for business
00:33:26to participate in that growth.
00:33:29Michael spoke of the AI stack.
00:33:31It's incredibly important that under the action plans
00:33:35that you have laid out and Michael Kratschuk just spoke of,
00:33:38we really help promote the AI stack,
00:33:41which is not semiconductors only.
00:33:43Those are incredibly important.
00:33:45But it's semiconductors.
00:33:46It's software.
00:33:47It's the systems which many of us here build.
00:33:50And it is the software applications up top.
00:33:53The ability to take those to all our friends in countries,
00:33:58to all the friendly countries, is going to be very,
00:34:00very important, and we wish to work with your government
00:34:04to make sure that we can do that,
00:34:06because otherwise we're afraid that competing countries
00:34:09are going to be able to get that stack.
00:34:12So, we would say that.
00:34:14The President Trump.
00:34:15The President Trump, anything that you're looking at
00:34:16that we can help you with so that you create a bigger
00:34:20and better IBM and hire a lot more people?
00:34:23Anything you need?
00:34:24Mr. A few countries.
00:34:26We'll speak to members of your administration
00:34:28to make sure that those can go,
00:34:30and that barriers get lowered for being able to do it quickly.
00:34:33We agree guardrails are necessary,
00:34:35but lower barriers would be very, very helpful.
00:34:39The President Trump, you mean tariffs?
00:34:40Mr. No.
00:34:41The President Trump, because are these countries,
00:34:43are they tariffing you any, you know,
00:34:45making your life difficult?
00:34:46Are they doing anything else to make your life difficult?
00:34:49Mr. It's the ability to take certain systems
00:34:51which have semiconductors inside them into these countries.
00:34:55So, right now, because we have our controls
00:34:57on where all the semiconductors can go,
00:34:59and the entire system is restricted.
00:35:02That's what we want to do.
00:35:03The same as we want to do.
00:35:04The President Trump, how many countries do that?
00:35:06Mr. Probably a half-thousand.
00:35:08So, so...
00:35:10The President Trump, I can tell you the countries already.
00:35:11I know.
00:35:12Mr. Yes.
00:35:13The President Trump, I know every country very well.
00:35:14And...
00:35:15The President Trump, we have ways of combating that quickly.
00:35:17So, you'll let me know.
00:35:19Mr. And the last part I'd like to say is,
00:35:20I'd also like to thank you for all that you're doing
00:35:23to help modernize government itself,
00:35:25because we think that that's incredibly important.
00:35:27You know, you've made a number of announcements,
00:35:29but a couple that I'd just like to point out.
00:35:32We worked with Commissioner Frank Bezignano
00:35:34to help make Social Security better.
00:35:36So, I would like to thank you for your help on that.
00:35:39And we'll work with him on making IRS...
00:35:41The President Trump, he's done a fantastic job.
00:35:42Mr. He is. Frank's great.
00:35:44The President Trump, he's done a great job, Frank.
00:35:45He's had a great career, actually.
00:35:46He left a tremendous career where his salary,
00:35:50I think, was a hundred times greater than it is now.
00:35:52And he was at JPMorgan Chase,
00:35:55and he's done a fantastic...
00:35:56He did a great job at Social Security, quickly.
00:35:58And we hope to help him replicate that now.
00:36:01And there are results.
00:36:03The President Trump, very good. Thank you very much.
00:36:04Good job.
00:36:05Cristiano, please.
00:36:06Just a few points.
00:36:07First of all, Mr. President, thank you for your vision.
00:36:10I thank you for understanding the importance
00:36:13of the American private sector in industry,
00:36:17I think, and the growth of the economy.
00:36:19I want to just build on some of the things
00:36:20that were said by my colleagues.
00:36:22I think we have built, probably,
00:36:25one of the most advanced technologies in the world.
00:36:28And part of it is because, I think,
00:36:30the commitment to innovation that we have in the country,
00:36:33but also the fact that it has been
00:36:36American technology for the world.
00:36:38So, I think we have an incredible opportunity.
00:36:40When I think about what Michael said about exporting AI,
00:36:47I had a conversation with Secretary Howard.
00:36:50Now that the trade deal has been made,
00:36:52it is an opportunity to really build on those trade deals
00:36:55and export, I think, American technology.
00:36:58And also, as we think about the technology,
00:37:01it's an important vector to drive the reindustrialization,
00:37:05I think, of the country with technology.
00:37:07So, we're incredibly excited about that.
00:37:09I think it's a big opportunity.
00:37:11I think it's the next wave of growth
00:37:15that we can build on those trade agreements.
00:37:17And I think it resonates with what also Arvind said
00:37:20about the importance of the American technology stack.
00:37:23And then we're just going to finish with two points.
00:37:25There are two exciting things happening
00:37:27in the world of technology coming right now.
00:37:28One is, as AI become the new form of computing,
00:37:32AI is going not only to the data center,
00:37:35but to everything, to cars, to PCs.
00:37:37And we see now the ability to run models
00:37:41that you can only run AI in the data center.
00:37:43You can run that on a microcomputer,
00:37:45on a computer for Enrique, on a server,
00:37:48with small server on-premise.
00:37:50So, I think we're going to see the proliferation of AI.
00:37:54The other one is 6G.
00:37:55We have made a commitment, working with your administration,
00:37:58working with FCC, we're going to accelerate 6G.
00:38:02We're working to launch first in the world in LA Olympics.
00:38:07And I think that's another opportunity for America
00:38:09to lead in the next world is evolution.
00:38:12So, thank you.
00:38:13I thank you for the opportunity.
00:38:15Thank you for the partnership.
00:38:16And we're going to be hard at work, I think,
00:38:18driving that agenda.
00:38:19The President.
00:38:20So, we're into 6G now.
00:38:21I just finished 5G.
00:38:23I was a leader on 5G, getting that done.
00:38:27And now, they're up to 6.
00:38:28The President. Let's do it again.
00:38:29The President. What does that do?
00:38:30Give you a little bit deeper view into somebody's skin?
00:38:33See how perfect that is?
00:38:36I like the cameras of the old days.
00:38:38So, they just had a nice feature.
00:38:41Now, they cover every little.
00:38:42Let's see, Michael.
00:38:43Well, you're in good shape.
00:38:45But I tell you, it's ...
00:38:46So, you're ... The 6 is coming, huh?
00:38:49It's coming.
00:38:49The President.
00:38:50Does it ever end? And what happens?
00:38:51You'll be into 7, right?
00:38:53Before 6 gets old, you'll be into 7.
00:38:56Anybody have anything else to say? Anybody?
00:38:59The other thing is, we want to thank you, as well,
00:39:02for the openness of your organization and of your team.
00:39:07We always find people that wants to hear what we need
00:39:09and is willing to design programs that will support us.
00:39:12So, thank you for ...
00:39:14The President.
00:39:15We want you to just dominate the whole world
00:39:18in terms of what you do.
00:39:19It's a very important world.
00:39:21And you're doing that, and we're making it easy for you.
00:39:23And that means you're going to do it faster.
00:39:25It's more jobs.
00:39:26A lot of good things happen. Right?
00:39:28Go ahead, please.
00:39:30The President. You may not recall, but in your first term,
00:39:33you actually sponsored the Department of Energy
00:39:37to build the largest systems ever built.
00:39:39And thanks to your sponsorship,
00:39:41the Department of Energy owns the three top supercomputers
00:39:44in the world, and we build them with them.
00:39:46And these are systems that can do quintillion operations per second.
00:39:51And that means we can solve ...
00:39:52The President. I know. I know.
00:39:53The President.
00:39:54We made that possible.
00:39:56I love it.
00:39:56The President. It's worked out very well.
00:39:57The President. Solve problems.
00:39:58And now we're going to build the next generation again.
00:40:00The President.
00:40:00Good. Sounds good to me.
00:40:02Any questions, please?
00:40:03The Pressure President, thank you.
00:40:05Can you explain a little more about this Venezuelan oil tanker
00:40:08and share a little more information?
00:40:10The President. Well, I'll let the people do it.
00:40:12But you see the result,
00:40:13and I guess they probably have released the pictures by now
00:40:16or pretty soon.
00:40:19You'll discuss that with the appropriate people later on.
00:40:21But, no, it was seized for a very good reason.
00:40:24The Pressure President, thank you.
00:40:26Sir, there's a new proposal from DHS that would see tourists
00:40:29from a lot of countries have to hand over five years
00:40:31of social media history to get a tourist visa.
00:40:35Are you concerned at all that, if that's implemented,
00:40:37there would be a decline in tourism next year?
00:40:39And what sort of material do you think is ...
00:40:41The President. We're doing so well.
00:40:42We just want people to come over here and safe.
00:40:45We want safety. We want security.
00:40:46We want to make sure we're not letting the wrong people
00:40:50come into our country.
00:40:51We're getting rid of a lot of bad ones from jails,
00:40:54from mental institutions, drug dealers.
00:40:58And we're getting a lot of bad people.
00:41:01Murderers. 11,888 murderers.
00:41:05Half of them. Almost exactly half of them committed
00:41:09more than one murder. We're getting rid of them.
00:41:12In some cases, we don't even want to get them out.
00:41:14We put them in jail because we're afraid they're going to
00:41:16come back into our country.
00:41:17We're not going to let them back in.
00:41:18So, we've taken a very tough stand.
00:41:21And you see where we've been, like Washington, D.C.
00:41:24Now, people walk down the streets.
00:41:25They go into restaurants at night. It's beautiful.
00:41:28It's like this beautiful thing to see.
00:41:30Because, until I got here, this was a very, very bad place.
00:41:35We had a terrible thing happen two weeks ago with terrorism
00:41:39with regard to two National Guards people that are so phenomenal.
00:41:43One is no longer with us.
00:41:44And one, amazingly, we weren't looking with great hope on that,
00:41:50you know, that Andrew.
00:41:52And today, he got out of bed, actually.
00:41:55He got stood up. Didn't say anything.
00:41:57It's a little early.
00:41:58But the chances of Andrew, other than his mother,
00:42:03who said, nope, he's going to be okay,
00:42:05his mother was the most positive person.
00:42:08And it could be that she'll be right.
00:42:10It's pretty amazing. Made progress.
00:42:13It was — both of them were so badly hurt,
00:42:16we never thought that one could survive.
00:42:19So, it looks like Andrew's doing pretty well.
00:42:21The winner of the Nobel Prize —
00:42:24dedicated the prize to you, the Nobel Peace Prize.
00:42:27In Chile, Venezuela, a great risk to make it to the ceremony.
00:42:30There is a risk she could be arrested, actually.
00:42:33What would happen if she's arrested?
00:42:34What message do you send, or would you send,
00:42:36to Nicolas Maduro?
00:42:38Well, arrested by who?
00:42:39The Nobel Prize Committee?
00:42:41That's probably the ones that would arrest.
00:42:44I don't know anything about it.
00:42:46She was very gracious.
00:42:47She said, I should have gotten the Nobel Prize.
00:42:49And I don't — you know, I mean, I'm doing this to save lives.
00:42:51I'm not doing it for any other reason.
00:42:54But, no, I don't like if she would be arrested.
00:42:57I wouldn't be happy with that.
00:42:59The Press Press.
00:43:00Mr. President, the Republicans currently have
00:43:03a health care proposal that would take away —
00:43:06let those ACA subsidies expire,
00:43:08and then put about $1,000 in people's HSAs.
00:43:11Do you think that is enough money?
00:43:13And how do you ensure that people who will see
00:43:16those tax subsidies expire
00:43:17won't see their health care costs skyrocket?
00:43:20The President, well, the Unaffordable Care Act,
00:43:22which is Obamacare —
00:43:23they call it now the unaffordable,
00:43:24because it's unaffordable.
00:43:26It used to be called the affordable,
00:43:27but it was never affordable.
00:43:29It was always bad.
00:43:30It was basically designed for the benefit
00:43:31of insurance companies.
00:43:33And what we're doing is we want all of the billions
00:43:37and billions of dollars that went to insurance companies
00:43:40to go directly to the people,
00:43:42and they can buy their own health care.
00:43:44And people love it.
00:43:46I don't know if the Democrats are going to approve it
00:43:48because they want the insurance companies to make money.
00:43:51It was a scam.
00:43:51And Obamacare was a scam.
00:43:54But we're going to see.
00:43:55I mean, we — the Republicans, I can tell you,
00:43:58want the money to go to the people.
00:44:00And we're winning that battle.
00:44:03The Democrats are having a hard time with it
00:44:05because they're in the pocket of the insurance companies.
00:44:07Yes, please.
00:44:08The Press.
00:44:09You know, we're going to talk about some European leaders today,
00:44:10I think, sir, by Ukraine.
00:44:11I did.
00:44:11The Press.
00:44:12Did you tell us about that?
00:44:13And is there a new, revised peace plan that Ukraine has presented?
00:44:15The President of the leaders of France, who I spoke to,
00:44:20Germany and UK — all very good leaders,
00:44:25very good friends of mine.
00:44:27And we discussed Ukraine in pretty strong words.
00:44:30And we'll see what happens.
00:44:34I mean, we're waiting to hear our answers before we progress.
00:44:37You know, we're not spending any money in Ukraine.
00:44:39We're selling basically missiles and everything else to NATO.
00:44:45And NATO is paying us.
00:44:47And then they distribute it to who they want.
00:44:49I guess they're mostly distributing to Ukraine.
00:44:53But we're not spending money.
00:44:56But, you know, we're always spending a lot of time
00:44:58and a lot of effort.
00:45:00Because last month, 27,000 soldiers were killed.
00:45:03Both — think of it, 27 — that's —
00:45:05if you take a football game and take half the stadium,
00:45:09that's 27,000.
00:45:11So 27,000 soldiers were killed.
00:45:13Russian and Ukrainian soldiers were killed.
00:45:16And I want to see that stuff.
00:45:17We'll find out.
00:45:18Look, there are a lot of things happening right now.
00:45:21A lot of people say it's closer than it's ever been.
00:45:24It's a war that would have never —
00:45:25if I were President, would have never started.
00:45:27It's a war that should never have started.
00:45:30But we'll have it figured out, I think, within a pretty short time.
00:45:34The Pressure you say very strong terms, sir.
00:45:36Could you explain that?
00:45:38The President Biden's head of the disputes about people.
00:45:45And we're going to see how it turns out.
00:45:47And we said, before we go to a meeting,
00:45:50we want to know some things.
00:45:52You know, they want to —
00:45:53they would like us to go to a meeting over the weekend in Europe.
00:45:59And we'll make a determination,
00:46:01depending on what they come back with.
00:46:04We don't want to be — we don't want to be wasting time.
00:46:07Sometimes you have to let people fight it out,
00:46:10and sometimes you don't.
00:46:11But the problem with letting people fight it out
00:46:13is you're losing thousands of people a week.
00:46:17It's ridiculous. The whole thing is ridiculous.
00:46:19The Pressure, I have two questions.
00:46:20One, the oil tanker — who owns that oil tanker?
00:46:23The President Biden's head of the United States.
00:46:25Okay. And have you spoken to Maduro
00:46:27since your last conversation?
00:46:28The President Biden's head of the United States?
00:46:28No, I haven't.
00:46:29The President Biden's head of the United States.
00:46:30And when you say that the European leaders
00:46:31want to have a meeting over the weekend,
00:46:33are you talking about with Zelensky or with them?
00:46:35The President Biden's head of the United States?
00:46:37And us.
00:46:37And you said in an interview yesterday
00:46:40that you think it's time for Zelensky
00:46:42to start accepting things.
00:46:44What things are you talking about?
00:46:45The President Biden's head of the United States?
00:46:46Well, I think he has to be realistic.
00:46:47And I do wonder about, you know,
00:46:50how long is it going to be until they have an election?
00:46:53You know, it's a democracy. It's a long time.
00:46:57They haven't had an election in a long time.
00:46:59It's losing a lot of people.
00:47:02And it's possible that the people —
00:47:04you know, if you look at the polls,
00:47:06I will say 82 percent — there was a poll that came out —
00:47:0882 percent of the people are demanding a settlement be made.
00:47:14Ukrainian people.
00:47:15They want to see a settlement be made.
00:47:17I understand that.
00:47:18They're losing thousands and thousands of people a week.
00:47:21They want to see it ended.
00:47:23And I do say, you know, at what point —
00:47:25when do they have an election in Ukraine?
00:47:28That's not casting dispersions on anybody,
00:47:31but they do have a massive corruption situation going on there.
00:47:36And they do say, you know, when — when are they —
00:47:39people are asking this question.
00:47:40When do they have an election?
00:47:42Are they going to have an election?
00:47:44Or are they going to just keep it going like this?
00:47:47So, I think it's time to get that war settled.
00:47:50And I think it's a war that can be settled.
00:47:54But it takes two to — two to tango.
00:47:57The Press.
00:47:57The Press.
00:47:58The Press.
00:47:59The President, you talked about the New Hunters
00:48:00and Warner Brothers' discovery to make changes at CNN —
00:48:01big changes.
00:48:02And he's spoken to Jared about it.
00:48:04What are you doing with him?
00:48:05Are you just sort of walled him off a little bit?
00:48:07The President Trump So, what do you want to know?
00:48:08The Press.
00:48:09The Press.
00:48:10The Press.
00:48:11The Press.
00:48:12The President, I'm not involved in that.
00:48:13I will be, probably, involved — maybe involved in the decision.
00:48:14It depends.
00:48:16You have some good companies bidding on it.
00:48:19I think the people that have run CNN for the last long period of time
00:48:24are a disgrace.
00:48:26I think it's imperative that CNN be sold.
00:48:29Because you certainly wouldn't want to put people —
00:48:33just leave those people with some money — good money —
00:48:37and CNN so that, you know, they can spend even more money
00:48:40spreading poison because it's lies.
00:48:43It's a disgrace.
00:48:44So, I wouldn't want to see the same company end up with CNN —
00:48:48the same company with money.
00:48:50Because right now, they don't have too much money.
00:48:53But they have value, I guess, based on the bids.
00:48:55You see, they've got value.
00:48:57But I think — I think CNN should be sold,
00:48:59because I think the people that are running CNN right now —
00:49:02CNN right now are either corrupt or incompetent.
00:49:05The Press.
00:49:06And that'll be a factor in the decision-making,
00:49:08because, you know, we've got some various issues.
00:49:09The President Trump Well, in my mind, but I'm —
00:49:11you know, I can be talked out of that by some very talented people
00:49:14that we have — antitrust people.
00:49:16But I just think that the people that have run CNN —
00:49:20into the ground, by the way — nobody watches,
00:49:22very few people watch —
00:49:23I don't think they should be entrusted with running CNN any longer.
00:49:27So, I think any deal should —
00:49:29it should be guaranteed and certain that CNN is part of it.
00:49:34Or sold separately.
00:49:36But I don't think the people that are running that company right now,
00:49:39and running CNN, which is a very dishonest group of people,
00:49:45I don't think that should be allowed to continue.
00:49:47I think CNN should be sold, along with everything else.
00:49:49The Press.
00:49:50Mr. Sir, you spoke about affordability earlier in your remarks,
00:49:53and yesterday, in Pennsylvania.
00:49:55How much more can we expect to see you on the road,
00:49:57kind of, delivering that message?
00:49:58And are you worried at all about the Democrats
00:50:00winning a couple more things in Miami?
00:50:02The President Trump Well, I don't worry about it.
00:50:04You know, it's like — statistically, it's amazing.
00:50:07When you win the presidency, even if you win by a landslide,
00:50:10like we did, and even if you do a good job —
00:50:12and some people say we've done the best opening
00:50:1510 months in history, you know,
00:50:16in the history of the presidency, I think we have.
00:50:19Who's done better?
00:50:20We ended eight wars.
00:50:22We have the strongest economy.
00:50:24We have $18 trillion coming in,
00:50:27which is more than any country had times,
00:50:29I think, five or six.
00:50:30$18 trillion is a lot even in your standard, right?
00:50:33The President Trump Yes, sir.
00:50:33Mr. Even for that guy, $18 trillion is big numbers.
00:50:36But we have $18 trillion coming in.
00:50:39Pretty amazing, right?
00:50:40I think Qualcomm would be very impressed
00:50:42if they had even a little piece of that.
00:50:44That's — but — so we've done a great job.
00:50:48But for whatever reason — and nobody has been able
00:50:52to give me an answer — when you win the presidency,
00:50:54you seem to lose the midterms.
00:50:56Even if you win the presidency by a lot,
00:50:59and you do a great job as president.
00:51:01You know, some presidents have done good,
00:51:04and they've lost — I think it's like two times
00:51:06in the last many, many years, it's been one.
00:51:10I don't know why. It doesn't make sense.
00:51:12Usually, I can figure things out.
00:51:13But I don't know why, but that seems to be —
00:51:15but other than that, we should win,
00:51:17because we're doing great.
00:51:20The economy is roaring.
00:51:21I think the economy is only going to go, you know,
00:51:23better with all this money pouring in.
00:51:25We have factories being built.
00:51:27And forget about AI.
00:51:28We have AI more than anybody.
00:51:30We're leading AI by a lot.
00:51:32But we have many car companies coming in from Canada,
00:51:36from Mexico. They're closing — they're coming in from Mexico.
00:51:39They're coming in from Canada, from Japan,
00:51:43from Europe — all over Europe, Germany, all over Europe.
00:51:47I mean, we're doing great.
00:51:48But for whatever reason, it doesn't matter how well they're doing,
00:51:52you know, good and bad. And the bad, you understand.
00:51:55But when — even when a president is doing well,
00:51:57they seem to not do well in the midterms.
00:52:00So we're going to try and change it.
00:52:01There should be no reason for it.
00:52:03If anybody at the table can figure out, Bruce,
00:52:06a nice psychological reason.
00:52:07But — so, I want to win.
00:52:14And winning the midterms is important.
00:52:17People want us to win the midterms.
00:52:19And I think we have great spirit.
00:52:21We should win the midterms. Yeah.
00:52:23The Press.
00:52:24Under Joe Biden's administration, during COVID specifically,
00:52:27Biden removed the safety standards on abortion drugs.
00:52:30Now I'm hearing from a lot of pro-lifers that they're very anxious,
00:52:33because yesterday, Rupert reported that your FDA is slow-walking
00:52:36on the review of the abortion drugs that Secretary Kennedy promised.
00:52:40The President, do you want to see that?
00:52:42The President, I'll find out. I'll ask them.
00:52:44The Press. Do you want to see that?
00:52:45The President, I don't think they're slow-walking anything,
00:52:46but I'll find out.
00:52:48The Press.
00:52:49The Press.
00:52:50The President, can you update on the clashes between Thailand and Cambodia, sir?
00:52:52The President, yeah, I think I'll have to make a phone call.
00:52:54I was going to say that the Thailand and Cambodia —
00:52:57one of the eight that I settled, they've been fighting for a long time.
00:53:01They've been fighting for a very long time.
00:53:03Many, many, many decades.
00:53:05But I got along great with both.
00:53:07I found they were two great leaders, two great people.
00:53:11And I've settled it once. I think I can do it pretty quickly.
00:53:15I think we're scheduling a phone call tomorrow with Thailand and Cambodia.
00:53:28I think I can get them to stop fighting.
00:53:32Who else can do that? Think of it.
00:53:36Settled eight wars.
00:53:37Every once in a while, one will flame up again
00:53:40and I have to put out that little flame.
00:53:41I have to put it out, but we're going to put it out again.
00:53:44So I think I'm scheduled to speak to them tomorrow and see if I can —
00:53:47The Press.
00:53:48The President, just follow —
00:53:49The President, it was unfortunate what happened.
00:53:51I mean, I know exactly what happened.
00:53:52It got it sorted a little bit, but we'll see if we can put it out.
00:53:56We're interested in the seizure of this tanker.
00:53:58What happens to the oil on that ship?
00:54:00The President, well, we keep it, I guess.
00:54:03Where does it go? What does it go to?
00:54:04The President, well, you have to follow the tanker.
00:54:06You know, you're a good newsman. Just follow the tanker.
00:54:09Do you know where it's going?
00:54:10The President, follow it.
00:54:10Follow it. Get a helicopter and follow the tanker.
00:54:12Is it true he's going to keep it?
00:54:13The President, but we're going to —
00:54:14I guess soon we're going to keep the oil.
00:54:17The Press. Mr. President, I'm Fed Chair.
00:54:18Kevin Hashtag said we're going to announce your decision
00:54:20within the next two weeks. Is that correct?
00:54:22The President, maybe.
00:54:24The Press. Are you doing your interviews with finalists today?
00:54:26The President, well, I'm meeting with Kevin Warsh today,
00:54:28so I'm meeting with him and I sort of have a very good idea
00:54:32of what I'm looking for.
00:54:34Again, I'm looking for somebody that will be honest
00:54:38with interest rates.
00:54:39I just want to honestly — our rates should be much lower.
00:54:43Our rates should be the lowest rates in the world.
00:54:45Because all these countries that you see, you know,
00:54:48with low rates, many of them are low because of us,
00:54:52because they suck so much money out of us.
00:54:54But that's not happening anymore.
00:54:56We should have the lowest rates in the world.
00:54:58And without us, none of them really exist as an economy.
00:55:02I mean, I can show you these really prime,
00:55:05really wonderful countries.
00:55:06They've had nothing but success.
00:55:08It's because they took so much out of the United States.
00:55:11I mean, it's one of those little problems.
00:55:16I want to see that when we do well,
00:55:18we're rewarded for doing well,
00:55:20not the way it's been for the last pretty long period of time.
00:55:23The Press. Are you asking these finalists
00:55:24to pledge to lower rates?
00:55:26The Press.
00:55:26Are you asking these finalists to pledge to lower rates?
00:55:28If you're on the chair?
00:55:29The President Trump, I'll be asking questions
00:55:31and I'll be able to figure it out.
00:55:32The Press.
00:55:33We have three countries sending drugs to the U.S.
00:55:35Mexico, Venezuela, and Colombia.
00:55:37And you talked to the President of Mexico.
00:55:39You already talked to Nicolas Maduro.
00:55:41Have you considered talking to the President of Colombia,
00:55:43whom you call a drug dealer?
00:55:46The President Trump, I haven't really thought too much about him.
00:55:48He's been fairly hostile to the United States.
00:55:51And I haven't given him a lot of thought.
00:55:54He's — he's going to have himself
00:55:56and have some big problems if he doesn't wise up.
00:55:58The Press.
00:55:59The President Trump is producing a lot of drugs, a lot of —
00:56:02they have cocaine factories that —
00:56:04they make cocaine, as you know,
00:56:05and they sell it right into the United States.
00:56:07So he better wise up, or he'll be next.
00:56:10He'll be next, too.
00:56:12And I hope he's listening.
00:56:14He's going to be next.
00:56:16Yes?
00:56:17The Press.
00:56:18The President Trump is we don't like people
00:56:19when they kill people.
00:56:19And they sell drugs, they kill them in the United States.
00:56:22And Colombia is a major manufacturer of drugs —
00:56:27meaning cocaine, in particular, as you know.
00:56:30The Press.
00:56:31Thank you, Mr. President.
00:56:32The President Trump has been critical of Speaker Mike Johnson.
00:56:38I wanted to ask you if you're still confident in the Speaker
00:56:40to keep his conference together ahead of the midterms.
00:56:42And how often are you speaking about him?
00:56:44The President Trump has been critical of Speaker Mike Johnson.
00:56:45You know, he's had a majority of two, three, four.
00:56:50Then back to two, we actually had one.
00:56:54So we were one heart attack away from disaster.
00:56:58So everybody prayed for everybody's help.
00:57:01I think Mike Johnson has been a fantastic Speaker.
00:57:04I mean, a very hard job because, you know,
00:57:05when you have a small majority.
00:57:07And we got the biggest bill in the history
00:57:10of our country approved — the Great Big Beautiful Bill.
00:57:12I call it the Great Big Beautiful Bill.
00:57:14There are different names for it, but to me,
00:57:16it's a Great Big Beautiful Bill.
00:57:17Because it gives the biggest tax cuts in history,
00:57:20the biggest regulation cuts in history.
00:57:23No tax on tips, no tax on Social Security,
00:57:26no tax on overtime.
00:57:28I think Mike Johnson has been a great Speaker.
00:57:31I think few people could have done that, Joe.
00:57:33The Press do you want to see another big package
00:57:35move through Capitol Hill the next year, or —
00:57:37Well, we don't need it because we got everything.
00:57:39You know, this was supposed to be 17 bills.
00:57:42And I think it was my idea, but, you know,
00:57:45with the concurrence of people
00:57:46that have done this a long time.
00:57:48And I said, why don't we make it one bill?
00:57:50Because it's very hard to get things approved
00:57:52by the Democrats.
00:57:54And it worked out because there was something good
00:57:56for everybody.
00:57:57If we would have done 17 bills,
00:57:59we wouldn't have gotten a third of them approved.
00:58:02There was something great for everybody in the one —
00:58:04you know, the Great Big Beautiful Bill.
00:58:06Brian?
00:58:07The Press.
00:58:07Good to see you, Mr. President.
00:58:08You had a follow-up on the event last night in Pennsylvania.
00:58:11Huge crowd turned out there.
00:58:12Yeah, big crowd.
00:58:13The Press.
00:58:13It seemed like rally Trump
00:58:15was in prime condition last night.
00:58:17You enjoyed it.
00:58:18Can you just give me your thoughts on that?
00:58:19And then I do have a question on the gold card.
00:58:21Last night was amazing in Pennsylvania.
00:58:23We had a tremendous crowd.
00:58:25It was, like, freezing.
00:58:26And the people — the thousands of people
00:58:29on the sidewalk trying to get in, or the streets.
00:58:31It was an amazing evening, actually.
00:58:34And I think people really enjoyed it.
00:58:36I enjoyed it — you could tell that.
00:58:38The Press.
00:58:39The Press.
00:58:39I enjoyed it.
00:58:40I really enjoyed it.
00:58:41Well, you know, it's easy to enjoy when you do a good job.
00:58:43And, you know, when you can talk about things
00:58:45in a very positive way — it's hard not to say.
00:58:49We have, potentially, the greatest economic boom
00:58:52in the history of the world.
00:58:54It's being built right now.
00:58:57And when it opens, there will be nothing ever in history
00:59:01like what's happening in our country.
00:59:03And, you know, Washington, D.C. is safe,
00:59:08and Memphis is now — look at Memphis.
00:59:10Crime is down 60 percent in Memphis.
00:59:13We just got there three weeks ago.
00:59:16And we're going to have New Orleans.
00:59:20New Orleans was — we just sent a group of people there,
00:59:24and crime is down 28 — 28 percent in about three days.
00:59:29You know, we do a good job, you know — and these are central casting people.
00:59:34These people are — they're very tough people, if they have to be.
00:59:38They're very good.
00:59:39They're great patriots.
00:59:40But they are the toughest, and they don't take any nonsense.
00:59:45And every place we go, we knock down crime.
00:59:48Too bad that we're not invited more into Chicago,
00:59:52because we could save Chicago very quickly.
00:59:55But even that, we're doing it on a minimal basis until — you know,
00:59:59at some point, we'll just go in and do what we have to do,
01:00:02if the governor doesn't wise up.
01:00:04They've got a bad governor, they're a bad mayor.
01:00:06I would say they're both incompetent.
01:00:10But it's hard to believe that people don't want to stop crime.
01:00:12We could stop the crime in Chicago in about two weeks.
01:00:16Go ahead.
01:00:17The Press.
01:00:18My question is on the gold card.
01:00:19And I apologize if I missed the answer to this.
01:00:22Is there a limit to how many gold cards these companies can buy?
01:00:26Howard?
01:00:27So the program is part of the already approved visas.
01:00:32So we're just going to have great people come into this country.
01:00:37You know, the average green card holder earned less than the average American.
01:00:43So they were more likely to be on the dole and be on our assistance programs
01:00:49than average Americans.
01:00:50And the idea is from President Trump, he wants to raise it,
01:00:53bring in the best people into America.
01:00:55So same visas, but now just full of the best people.
01:01:01Basically, it's a green card, but much better.
01:01:05Much more powerful.
01:01:07A much stronger path.
01:01:09And a path is a big deal.
01:01:11Have to be great people, but much stronger path.
01:01:14And it also, in addition to that, helps companies.
01:01:17Because it's not only for companies, but if IBM gets somebody number one in this class
01:01:24at the Wharton School of Finance, and you're dying to get the person,
01:01:28but you can't guarantee the person stays in the country.
01:01:31Because oftentimes they'll say, I'm sorry, sir, you got to get out of here.
01:01:35You have 24 hours, right?
01:01:36And you say, where's my employee?
01:01:39Now, IBM can buy a card, and that employee can be there for, essentially, a very long period of time.
01:01:47Mr. President, how do you tell Bruce...
01:01:49It's so needed for the companies.
01:01:51You know, it's needed for other special...
01:01:53But really, it's basically a much better form of a green card.
01:01:59And you can't get green cards.
01:02:00They are impossible to get.
01:02:02This is much better than a green card.
01:02:04Yeah.
01:02:05Is it, if you tell Bruce Plankton not to run for governor,
01:02:07or that she should think about not running for governor?
01:02:09Mr. I haven't spoken to...
01:02:12First of all, he's a friend, she's a friend.
01:02:14These are two great people running.
01:02:16In a way, I-I hate to see them running against each other.
01:02:19I hope they're not going to be damaging each other.
01:02:22But Elysium is fantastic, and Bruce is, they're two fantastic people.
01:02:26And I always hate it when two very good friends of mine are running.
01:02:33And I hope there's not a lot of damage done.
01:02:35Sometimes it works the other way.
01:02:37The victor ends up being much stronger because of it.
01:02:40A lot of times that happens in politics.
01:02:42The Pressure Do you think it's going to end
01:02:43in a couple months to actually see who performed this?
01:02:45The President Well, I think in New York,
01:02:47we have a convention toward the end of February.
01:02:49And I think you'll know pretty much at the end of February
01:02:52what's going to happen.
01:02:53And I'll probably have to, you know, do what I want to do.
01:02:57But I hope that he's running now, as you know,
01:03:00and she's running.
01:03:02We have two very talented people.
01:03:04Either one should win against the Democrats.
01:03:09The Pressure Do you think the President's legacy story
01:03:12lately focuses on one of your cabinet members
01:03:14predicting that you're going to fire this one
01:03:15or you're going to get rid of that one?
01:03:16Of all your cabinet members, who would you perceive
01:03:18as the most under attack?
01:03:21The President Well, I think my cabinet is fantastic.
01:03:23I read the same stories that I'm unhappy with this one
01:03:26or that one, and I'm not.
01:03:27I think the cabinet has done a great job.
01:03:30I read a story that I was unhappy with Pete
01:03:34because he was attacking drug dealers.
01:03:36And I said, that's not exactly right.
01:03:39I would say very much the opposite.
01:03:41Pete Hegseth has been phenomenal.
01:03:43I read a story recently.
01:03:45I'm unhappy with Christy.
01:03:48I'm so happy with her.
01:03:50I mean, we have a closed border.
01:03:52We have a border that's the best border
01:03:54in the history of our country.
01:03:56Why would I be unhappy?
01:03:57She's fantastic, actually.
01:03:59No, we have a fantastic cabinet.
01:04:02Really fantastic cabinet.
01:04:04I mean, let the guy have to think about it.
01:04:06No, I'm not.
01:04:06The President Cannaver.
01:04:07The President Cannaver.
01:04:08The President Cannaver.
01:04:09He's doing great.
01:04:11Well, Howard has done really well,
01:04:13and Scott has done really well.
01:04:15We have just a fantastic cabinet.
01:04:18I'll tell you who's doing a great job is Linda McMahon.
01:04:22We're bringing education back to the states where it belongs.
01:04:25Education is going, we can't do any worse
01:04:27than we're doing right now, and let the states run it.
01:04:30You know, if you go back to some of our states
01:04:33that have run so well, so good, I would say 40 of them.
01:04:38And then you'll have trouble with five,
01:04:39and you'll have bigger trouble with another five.
01:04:43But you have 35 or 40 states that will run education,
01:04:46as good as Norway or Denmark, Sweden.
01:04:52We have some, you know, the heads of the list
01:04:55are Denmark, Norway, Sweden, a few others.
01:05:01I think if you go to Iowa, and you go to Indiana,
01:05:04and you go to, I can name a lot of states,
01:05:09I think it would be almost the equivalent or maybe better.
01:05:13But you can't run a school system in Iowa
01:05:17from Washington, D.C. Yeah.
01:05:19The Press, sir, the Gaza plan,
01:05:22when do you expect to announce
01:05:24the members of the Board of Peace,
01:05:25the leadership of that?
01:05:26The President Biden will do it early next year.
01:05:28And the Board of Peace are going to —
01:05:30it'll be one of the most legendary boards ever.
01:05:33Everybody wants to be on it.
01:05:35It's mostly going to be, I guess —
01:05:36you know, we weren't thinking about it that way,
01:05:38but they want to all do it.
01:05:41Basically, it'll be the heads of the most important countries.
01:05:47They all want to be on — it wasn't really planned.
01:05:51We — you know, we thought we were going to get
01:05:53very distinguished people that do that kind of thing for a living.
01:05:57But really, it looks like it's setting out to be —
01:05:59they want to be on the heads of the kings
01:06:01and the presidents, prime ministers.
01:06:05They all want to be on the Board of Peace.
01:06:07The Press, on the video up to last night's rally,
01:06:10can you clarify, you have called the affordability crisis
01:06:14as a democratic hoax, but you also want to make a pair of affordable games?
01:06:17Can you just hear a voice?
01:06:18The President Biden's name is a hoax,
01:06:20because they're the ones that cause the problem.
01:06:23I'm only — no, I'm talking about —
01:06:24when you — you know, you're trying to say it a different way.
01:06:27It's pretty simple, though, if you listen.
01:06:30It's a hoax where they created the problem,
01:06:35they're the ones that gave the high prices.
01:06:37So when they use the word affordability,
01:06:40they shouldn't be using that word,
01:06:41because they're the ones that created this problem.
01:06:44They created the highest inflation in history,
01:06:47and they created the highest prices in history.
01:06:50And now, we have to get those things down.
01:06:54But when they go, they look and they say,
01:06:55affordability — they never discuss it.
01:06:57They just say, the election is about affordability.
01:07:00Well, it may very well be.
01:07:02I think it's also about still the border.
01:07:04You have to remember the job.
01:07:05You know, the sad thing is, for seven months,
01:07:08we've had no people come through our border.
01:07:11Nobody can even believe it.
01:07:12Zero people.
01:07:14And the people that do that are largely Democrats,
01:07:16which — the people that do the stats.
01:07:19We've had no people come in, other than coming in legally.
01:07:23But if you take a look — and nobody wants to talk about that.
01:07:27In fact, last night, I said, let me talk about the border.
01:07:30My own people told me,
01:07:31sir, nobody cares about the border anymore.
01:07:32You've fixed the problem.
01:07:34I said, do I get a little credit for fixing a disaster
01:07:38where millions of people a month would flow into our country?
01:07:43And, you know, from prisons and from gangs
01:07:45and from drug dealers and mental institutions.
01:07:50They say, sir, you've fixed the border.
01:07:52Nobody cares.
01:07:53I say, but I care.
01:07:55It's sad when you fix something and then you can't even use it.
01:07:58You can't talk about it.
01:07:59My own people don't want to talk about it anymore.
01:08:02But, very simply, the Democrats created the worst crisis of inflation
01:08:12that this country has ever had.
01:08:14And with that came the highest prices that we've ever had.
01:08:17And I'm fixing it.
01:08:19The Press, Mr. President, has Secretary Hexen told you
01:08:21why he hasn't released the video of the second strike?
01:08:24The President No, he hasn't told me.
01:08:26I thought that issue was dead.
01:08:27You're surprised you're bringing — you must be —
01:08:29The Press, Mr. President, you must be CNN.
01:08:31The Press, Mr. President, the lawmakers are still talking about it on the Hill.
01:08:33The President Are you CNN?
01:08:34The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:35The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:36The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:37The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:38The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:39The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:40The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:41The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:42The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:43The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:44The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:45The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:46The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:47The Press, Mr. President, are you CNN?
01:08:48Are you CNN?
01:08:49You're basically an arm of the Democrat Party.
01:08:53Thank you very much, everybody.
01:08:55I appreciate it.
01:08:57Thank you very much.
