00:20becoming the face of big controversies on the platform, it seems brands are thinking twice about associating themselves with big influencers.
00:28The Wire reports that brands are looking to work with much smaller, more niche creators with around 50,000 followers instead of millions.
00:36Ryan Duterte, CEO of Influential, a service that connects influencers with brands, said brands are starting to ask themselves,
00:42why would I pick one big name that's going to screw me over a few months down the line?
00:47He goes on to confirm that many brands are looking to work with what's being called micro-influencers, like myself.
00:53Now, moving on to something controversial, YouTuber JayStation dropped a pretty racist video about a Black Santa.
00:59Admin22 put this on our radar, and we couldn't agree with him more about how disrespectful JayStation's video is.
01:05In the video, JayStation and friends interact with a stereotyped Black Santa character that is violent, swears a lot, and wants chicken instead of cookies.
01:15And apparently, this isn't his first racist video either. So my question is, how is this guy's channel still even a thing?
01:21But okay, let's talk about Logan Paul.
01:23Recall, we told you that he was denied membership to the Flat Earth Society. Sad.
01:28Well, Logan showed his support for the Society by using one of their mugs in Wednesday's episode of his Impulsive Podcast.
01:34And covering their logo with a sticker of his own. Shady, but it's funny as hell.
01:39But okay, on to more Logan impulsive news. The vlogger called out KSI in Monday's episode of the podcast for apparently breaking their contract.
01:46Apparently, while LP has been training for their rematch, he reveals KSI has refused to set up the fight.
01:52Because of this, LP might be able to receive some of the props that KSI earned from the August 25th bout.
01:58He already broke the contract, by the way. We were supposed to fight in February and he's refusing to.
02:02So what's going on?
02:03Yeah, don't they like owe you money for that or whatever?
02:05I'm gonna look into that.
02:07Yeah, because I think they have to forfeit some of the tickets, ticket sales.
02:11You know what I'm most upset about in this situation? Myself, I'm so mad at myself that it was a tie.
02:17Because a tie leaves people just like indifferent to the fight.
