00:06plus details on how Cell's health scare impacted her relationship with The Weeknd.

00:13and there was a hint of Cell's hospital visit months ago as she revealed to MTV

00:17that the hospital bracelet seen in her teaser for Bad Liar was actually real, not a prop.

00:23According to the Daily Blast, Cell's friend Francia Reza donated her kidney

00:26because no one in Cell's family was a donor match and she didn't even think twice about it.

00:31Since the surgery, Cell has been doing great physically,

00:34but this situation has taken a big toll on Francia's body.

00:37TMZ reports Francia, who is described as a health nut,

00:40had a more difficult recovery process from the surgery and wasn't able to work out for two months.

00:45She is just now able to do low-impact activities like yoga

00:49and is on a restricted diet that needs to be monitored.

00:52However, Francia has no regrets sharing this photo of her and Selena

00:55revealing she's beyond grateful to help.

00:58Now to The Weeknd, we hear he's been a big source of strength for Cell

01:01and is a big reason she bounced back so fast.

01:04Abelina were together for less than six months when this happened,

01:07but he stepped up and took care of her.

01:09The Weeknd made sure she wasn't stressed about anything

01:11and was her rock during this difficult process.

01:14We're also hearing Cell's near brush with death

01:16made her realize how much she loves Abel

01:18and is seriously thinking about raising a family.

01:20Cell feels she's ready for the marriage and kids part of her life after this scare,

01:24so whenever the weekend is ready, it will happen.

01:27As for Selena's ex, Justin, since no one asked,

01:30we are told he had no clue about the surgery just like the rest of us

01:33and found out when everyone else did.

01:35Cell never considered telling him

01:37and Justin doesn't feel like it's his place anymore to reach out.

01:40However, he is very happy she's okay.
