01:06out and about in New York City with her husband Offset just hours after she turned herself into
01:11police. As we previously reported she was charged with two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment
01:17and one account of assault. The charges stem from an alleged fight with two bartender sisters
01:24Jade and Batty G at Angel's strip club in Queens. Now if you're wondering just how serious this is
01:30Cardi's lawyer Jeff Kern told the press we expect that the matter is going to be resolved expeditiously.
01:36We're aware of no evidence that she caused any harm to anybody that night. As for the two bartender
01:41sisters their lawyer Joe Tacopina said apparently she thinks her celebrity status puts her above the
01:48law. Um oh crrrr. But get this we did some research and guess what? Joe Tacopina the lawyer for the two
01:56bartender sisters actually represented Meek Mill. You know Nicki's ex who's now working on new music
02:02with Cardi B which according to TMZ has the potential to be a huge hit. Yeah this is a weird
02:09connection. Like conflict of interest connection. But all right now that Cardi has turned herself in
02:15we're hearing exclusively she's confident she'll beat these charges and will be proven innocent.
02:20However the thought of going to jail is really terrifying for her because that would mean time
02:25away from her baby girl culture. We're being told that Cardi can't stand to spend even one night away
02:30from culture and the thought of being behind bars is enough to make her cry and Cardi's made it very
02:36clear why she hates leaving her baby. As soon as my baby came out it is just like I can't leave my
02:42baby at night. A lot of people keep telling me like you need to find a nanny because you're gonna
02:46you gotta start working soon and it's like it's so hard because I want to be with my baby every
