52:34jungle yeah that must have been a blast was it it was unreal i can't tell you when your skydive um
52:40coming down there's so much information coming in yeah it's like chaos yeah you know it's like filming
52:46at 120 frames a second instead of 20. and then you landed and you had to do a trial then the
52:51cocky barn of course and then you had the deals on wheels cocktails of cruelty the lethal library
52:57yesterday so you've done a lot in there haven't you yeah i feel like do you know coming out now i
53:01feel like i've done it i feel like i've done everything i wanted to do i experienced it and
53:06i can walk away some brilliant anecdotes um good that's what we're good for
53:11yeah i'm glad i'm killing the show for more anecdotes one anecdote you'll be able to tell
53:17is about the time you're in the jungle and you got a ukulele yeah yeah through your last few days
53:22which was we asked your friends and family what kind of thing would would martin would
53:26martin like for it they chose a ukulele they've stitched you up there haven't they yeah but you're
53:31a bass player surely you can play a ukulele is a completely different instrument to a guitar
53:36right it's like you play it differently it's not the same at all it's like it's like sending in a
53:41trombone that's what i said he looks like he's got a face of a man who's just been given a trombone
53:50and you had i said a lot of laughs in there yeah and you've got a very positive outlook on life have
53:56you always been that way yeah always always you know it's the best way it's the only way i grew up
54:01doing it you know look my glass is half full yeah all the time and i and i it's what i enjoy it's
54:09what i wanted to take in the camp it's what i wanted to spread you know i wasn't one of those
54:13guys in there that was dancing and singing and doing all that stuff but i just thought i'd bring
54:18some nice energy and and you you took that in there and you your campmates gave you a particular
54:24role in the camp as well have a look at this yeah you really are so special and the best dad in the world
54:31that's my fun martin has become the group's papa when you guys came back and said oh we had the
54:37marshmallows and the hot chocolate made me feel good as well and i literally look at you like my dad
54:42there's a love that you're sharing with everybody it's just beautiful coming out oh did you think
54:48you'd be the camp's father figure uh in the end i was i suppose you know everyone was like bouncing
54:56around a little bit uh the younger guys and uh i always felt like i was a little bit on the outside
55:02just a little bit calmer than everyone else uh just through no other reason but life experience
55:07i suppose you know taking that in there yeah uh and i sat down and i told them a few stories that kept
55:13them busy uh and that they enjoyed you know and as you left there today sean i said bye dad yeah
55:19which i thought was very sweet um talking about being a dad your son roman was on this show back
55:24in 2019 he came third i know he didn't meet you no he didn't meet you and you wanted it how are you
55:32going to live that down now listen i will tell you what i'm glad i didn't oh yeah i didn't he's my boy
55:39and i love him i can't wait to see him oh yeah well he's not across the bridge shirley's across the
