00:19Kylie was sightseeing, chilled with alpacas, and according to Daily Mail, put in some charity work with Smile Train,

00:25an organization that provides free cleft palate surgery for children living in developing countries.

00:30The 11,000-foot elevation in Cusco apparently got to her, though.

00:35According to the doctor, Kylie was feeling nauseous and having headaches because her body isn't used to the thin air.

00:41Kylie made a miraculous recovery, though, captioning this thirst trap with a butterfly emoji and racking up 2 million likes.

00:48This could be a nod to Travis Scott after he recently tweeted,

00:51My Butterfly Woke Me This Morning, and of course, his latest video with SZA, in which they're covered in butterflies.

00:58Then again, it's also possible she's responding to Tyga's new fling, Jordan Ozuna,

01:03who posted a similar photo the day before while vacationing with Tee in Tulum, Mexico.

01:08Jordan was also spotted topless on the beach with former Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel
