00:16And Kanye's eccentric Twitter behavior turned full on meltdown when he started ranting on live TV that 400 years of black slavery in America was a choice.
00:27When you hear about slavery for 400 years, for 400 years, that sounds like a choice.
00:33Like, you was there for 400 years and it's all of y'all?
00:37Now, there has been a lot of speculation about Kanye's mental health, which Kim Kardashian slammed the media for on Twitter.
00:44However, in this same rant, Kanye confirmed he is supposed to be on some type of medication for his mental health, but he is not taking it properly as prescribed.
00:53And I'm not drugged out. These pills that they want me to take three of a day, I take one a week maybe, two a week.
01:00What's doubly insane is Ye then basically broke down the timeline of this current odd behavior.
01:05Kanye says that he developed an addiction to opiates that started after he got liposuction, he says, because TMZ was fat shaming him.
01:14I was addicted to opioids. I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y'all. I got liposuction.
01:21Yes, side note, Kanye says media fat shaming is the same reason Rob Kardashian was seen ditching out on Kanye's wedding to Kim.
01:29Regardless, Kanye admits he got this plastic surgery. Ironically, the very same procedure that left his mother dead in 2007.
01:37So to deal with the post-op pain, Kanye is then hooked on these painkillers, right?
01:42He says that's why he went insane on the St. Pablo tour, claiming Jay-Z was out to kill him.
01:48Jay-Z, I know you got killers. Please don't send them out my head. Just call me.
01:53He says he then went off those pills, cold turkey, and that is why he was hospitalized in 2016 for what was called at the time exhaustion.
02:02I was drugged out. I was on opioids. Two days I got off of opioids, I'm in the hospital.
02:08Okay, got that? So next, Kanye gets out of the hospital in 2016 and gets put on different medication,
02:15one that is actually prescribed likely mood stabilizers to help him control his behavior.
02:20But TMZ is now confirming what Kanye himself admitted. He is not on his prescribed meds, and that's why he had this meltdown on their show.
02:31On to Kim's reaction, while she's no longer scolding the media on Twitter for having concern about Ye's mental health.
02:38Everything is out in the open, and we're hearing exclusively she won't touch Kanye's slavery comments,
02:44but she is okay with most of the other things he said, and she still supports him.
02:49Kim also thinks this big moment is going to be great material for keeping up,
02:54and is also diverting attention from other problems the family is dealing with, like the Tristan Thompson cheating scandal.
