00:00And I am still, after 35 years of this charity being in existence, talking about the issues
00:07that adolescents and young adults face, I am still sick of seeing the face of an 18,
00:1519, 20 year old, more or less, more females than males, unfortunately, who have died from
00:24late diagnosis of cancer.
00:26Now, I've got to tell you that teenagers don't like to go to the doctor.
00:31If they go to a GP more than once and he recommends something that they should try before they come
00:38back for the second time, and they come back a second time because it hasn't worked, then
00:43there's something seriously wrong and they should be taken up a ladder of finding out
00:50what's going on.
00:51And that hasn't been happening and I've been on the ballot now for 35 years and there's
00:56been no movement.
