00:00There are male role models, but there are no female role models.

00:04You go to a man who truly deserves to be a role model, and you ask him,

00:12how does it feel to be a male achiever? He'll be surprised at the question.

00:20Because he has never worked from the center of his gender. He's an achiever, not a male achiever.

00:27The same applies to women as well. You will have to forget your gender.

00:35What you usually aim for is gender equality. What you will have to attain is gender irrelevance.

00:49In fact, as long as you remain a male, you are not fully fit to be a role model.

00:57Because operating from the center of your physicality, operating from the center of your

01:05biology, how can you be a role model? The same thing obviously applies to women.

01:13As long as there is a wish to follow or become a female role model,

01:19the wish itself negates what it wishes for.
