Up to ₹2.60 crores could be paid for a stylish flat with three bedrooms and 1665 square feet. A luxurious three-bedroom house with 1990 square feet can cost ₹ 3.10 crores, while a four-bedroom apartment with 3115 square feet can cost about ₹ 4.85 crores.
