Prestige Eaton Park has started a pre-launch campaign that will provide fantastic discounts till December 2025. The price bids would range between 1.5 lakh to 8 lakh, depending on the size of the unit. During the early stages of introduction, more than 10% of offers came with conditions. The offer is made early in the planning process, before the floor price increases are implemented. Floor rise expenses are often allocated to flats on floors above the fifth in major skyscrapers. However, as the number of floors increases, pollution diminishes and the view improves.
