00:13Mohammad, also known as Tokmat, said the distribution of positions should be made
00:18fairly and proportionately as practiced in the unity government's cabinet,
00:21where he holds the post of foreign minister.
00:24The former Negeri Sambilan Menteri Basar also said it was crucial for parties in the state
00:29government to respect one another, and that misgivings among coalition partners could
00:33have a negative effect at the grassroots level.
00:36He added that as a representative of the partners who formed the Negeri Sambilan government,
00:41he is disappointed, saying they had promised at the federal level to manage the country together.
00:46BN currently occupies 14 of the 36 state seats in the state assembly, while PH has 17 and PN has 5.
00:54Mohammad said that while BN was trying its best to manage the state
00:58and the country together with its partners, it faces tough questions from its supporters on certain issues.
