00:00I'm Graham Lancaster. I'm a proud Illawarra local, a Hawks fan for life, and like too many in our
00:07community, I'm living with motor neurone disease. Tonight is about more than basketball. It's about
00:12community support, a game for good, thanks to the Illawarra Mercury, who, for their 170th
00:17anniversary, have united the Hawks and MND Research Fund to raise awareness of the essential work
00:24being done right here at the University of Wollongong. MND has touched the heart of the
00:29Hawks family. We all remember the incredible Justin Yerbery AM, a former Hawks player and a
00:34brilliant scientist, whose pioneering work gave so many of us hope. His fight showed us how to fight.
00:40That fight continues tonight. Your donation supports the world-class research in Wollongong
00:45that offers hope to people like me. Scan the QR code or visit the website to donate. Together,
00:52we can honour Justin's legacy and change the future of MND. As we say at the Hawks,
00:57we rise together.
