00:14He condemns the referral by the Houthi de facto authorities of United Nations personnel

00:19to their special criminal court. The United Nations personnel have been held in communicado,

00:25some for many years, without any due process, in violations of international law. United

00:32Nations personnel, including those who are nationals of Yemen, are immune from legal process

00:38in respect to all acts performed by them in their official capacity. We call on the de facto

00:45authorities to rescind the referral and work in good faith towards the immediate release

00:49of all UN detained personnel of United Nations, NGOs, and diplomatic community. The United

00:57Nations remains committed to supporting the people of Yemen and delivering principled

01:02humanitarian assistance. And that statement has been shared with you.
