00:11drama today's flashback friday let's take a look at our favorite moments with our very special real

00:16talk guest hey real short it's me it's luke again i hope you miss me no i missed you and if you can't

00:25tell i'm in the middle of doing my taxes no i'm in the middle of doing a photo shoot my favorite

00:31moment on real talk uh first of all uh recording that with sarah and nikki and the people first and

00:38foremost uh doing that with them uh they're they're stars and uh very humbled to work with them anytime

00:45and they made the experience super great and then i'd quickly add doing music you know singing some

00:50of my songs and showing some of the music videos i've directed and written and seeing everyone

00:55react to that and seeing how everyone that meant that something to them hearing my story and just

01:01looking at all that that that meant a lot to me

01:12that was such a cool episode do you guys remember that luke came in with his band and gave us a whole

01:16concert my favorite moment on real talk was probably getting to laugh and tell stories with one of my

01:24best friends amanda lagori who was the host of both of my real talk episodes we talked about mental

01:30health we talked about one of our new shows between casey and i it was a blast it's like a funny

01:36awkwardness but you're way more awkward i think i would know i do like to make bad jokes around her

01:44what are some things that make you feel good and help you stay mentally healthy honestly writing

01:51music i just started doing it again it's been a while but i got inspired because usually like

01:58it takes something like to like snap in me to like be able to like write again because i feel like

02:03writing music is it comes to you like when you're at your lowest wow that was so touching thanks so much

02:09autumn for coming in and speaking about mental health i'm sure a lot of us can relate

02:13whoo favorite moment there's there's a couple so obviously bro talk you know yeah look at west is

02:21in there going bro talk i actually still get stopped and everyone's yelling at me to do bro talk they

02:25want me to come back on with my kids too and then we could even get the big bros all together and we

02:30could do another episode shout out we should do that we should definitely do that it was one time we

02:34got to let loose and just let the bros just chill and it was a fun time because i even i even talked about

02:38the real talk one where all of us are off running our own series and so it's actually very rare that

02:44the guys get to mingle so even today whenever we were all interacting with each other i was like boy

02:48what's up what's up to get the bros together we should do a second round of bull pro talk let's do

02:53that what is your definition of bro code this summer so unspoken rules hangouts or fashion the handshake

03:00the handshakes need to be taken down like like there needs to be one thing because so many people do

03:06so many things and when you just meet somebody or like you're just leaving an event you don't know

03:12what you're gonna do so let's let's make it into one little like you're speaking truth right now this

03:17guy preaches yeah these guys that episode gave me fomo i want to be one of the bros

03:25my favorite moment on real talk was when ben and josh and i were doing our introductions because we

03:32couldn't even get through that it took maybe 10 minutes for us to just even say hello to the camera

03:37and we were cracking up and it was just such a happy day and happy moment and it was hilarious

03:42the funniest behind the scenes moment on that episode of real talk was when we were playing

03:50this game at the very end where you had just a few seconds to fill in to answer the question and

03:56just the answers coming out were ridiculous so scenario number one is you catch your spouse cutting the

04:06turkey at the christmas dinner there we go with a different person okay turkey there goes the pillow

04:17simon you raggedy little oh okay listen what not only am i better looking than you

04:26but i'm much better than you how many push-ups can you do at least 12. dude 13. no way i don't

04:32believe i was 13. i hate you switch but i hate you more they look like they have so much fun together

04:39i'm curious what's it like working on set with your best friends i rode the motorcycle in i remember and

04:47i think we had to do that three times for different reasons i think uh either you know it's my motorcycle's

04:52name her name is roxanne cheers to roxanne and i think we just had issues getting it through that

04:57little door and that yeah um definitely watching playback of myself because i usually don't watch

05:05myself so when i saw it on the screen and we were watching i was like oh wow like it came out so

05:11beautifully when we were able to get pretty deep and we started talking about you know more about our

05:16feelings and our relationship with anger and our relationship with grief and vulnerability and

05:23i thought that was a really beautiful conversation i got to have with josh in that moment and when we

05:27hadn't really had before and i was really happy that the podcast was able to give us that and then

05:31of course we did the shout out and they were so nice enough to give us the gender reveal where we

05:35got to reveal that i had a son so i got my second son his name is roman we had a little stint in the

05:40NICU but he was a roman soldier and he got out now he's 100 healthy so seriously thanks to all the fans

05:45that were there and were dming me saying you know thoughts and prayers everything great because

05:48guess what he's 100 healthy now thanks to you guys so thank you there is a moment that i wish made it

05:54into the final episode but at the same time i'm also happy it didn't make it in but basically we were

05:59playing a game at the end and it asked me a question about my relationship deal breakers and josh

06:05answered for me and it was something that was so ridiculous and true to my life and it was

06:14one of the funniest moments ever but i'm happy i didn't make it on the internet but

06:19gosh it was every single person in that room was crying from laughing and it was hilarious absolutely

06:24hilarious biggest deal breaker in a relationship um josh you cannot put that in there you can't

06:37what was it it was a deal breaker all right real fans we took a look at our favorite moments this

06:46year my favorite moment was the very first episode where we had seth and nicole during the holiday

06:52season and we had so much fun building gingerbread houses and playing so many fun games do you have
