00:19This week is all about babies,

00:21but before we get to Kylie or Khloe's pregnancies,

00:24it turns out Kim's surrogate had complications.

00:27Recall Kim had two very difficult pregnancies,

00:30which is why she didn't carry her own third child.

00:33But he said she might need a C-section.

00:35She most likely will, because her placenta thing.

00:38It's been such a crazy year.

00:40Our surrogate has been amazing,

00:42but it has been challenging with all of the media leaks,

00:45and on top of that, she's having some health issues

00:49because there is a placenta condition.

00:51It's so crazy that we both have these placenta issues.

00:55It hurts so bad.

00:57Just to breathe, to do anything, it kills.

01:02This must really pique Kourtney's appetite.

01:04Speaking of Kourtney, she is annoying her sisters

01:13when her boyfriend is 14 years her junior,

01:15and this is literally the voice Kourt uses

01:18to talk to 24-year-old Eunice Benjima on the phone.

03:17without her having to actually leave the house.

04:28that wasn't what I thought was going on.

04:33Kim introduces her surrogate to the whole family, but we only get to see the back of her head

04:38because they wanted to protect her privacy.

04:40She even gets to meet the reclusive and also pregnant creature known as Kylie Jenner.
