00:00We used to have these scenes in the dark decade of Bollywood cinema, 90s.

00:08The hero wants to patow the heroine.

00:11So he lets loose a few goons upon her.

00:14Just to impress upon her that she is weak and vulnerable.

00:19And these goons are obviously buddies of the hero himself.

00:25And just when they are about to overpower her,

00:28he jumps from some goddamn branch of a tree

00:33and takes four of them down.

00:36And then the lady is all wooed and impressed.

00:42Find that cute?

00:44You are coercing someone to come to you by inducing fear in that person.

00:51That's continuously happening even today.

00:53Maybe in not as gross a form.

00:56It's still happening.

00:59There may be external goons who are needed

01:01to forcefully make her admit that she is weak.

01:05Today you have internal goons.

01:08There is just so much around to make her feel weak.

01:12And from that weakness, all kinds of decisions are being taken.

01:16And no decision, I repeat, is necessarily right or wrong.

01:19You obviously can take the decision and the decision can be wonderful

01:23provided it is coming from the right center.

01:27But is the right center active at all in the first place?
