00:03Have you seen a turtle when it's afraid?

00:06What does it do?

00:08It shrinks into itself.

00:12It covers itself up

00:16with its armour.

00:19Not a petty sight, is it?

00:22Only armoured.

00:24And then I am saying there is a shrinking.

00:27Whereas the nature of consciousness is to expand.

00:32That's where fulfilment of life lies, in expansion.

00:38Therefore, the scriptures, the philosophies often equate

00:45the true state of consciousness to the sky

00:48in the sense of expansion and freedom and limitlessness.

00:53Where is expansion? Where is freedom?

00:56There is only the desperate urge for security.
