The ground beneath our feet is not as solid as we think. When a crew of construction workers breaks into a sealed, subterranean chamber on a remote site, they believe they’ve found an archaeological curiosity. But the artifacts they uncover are not relics of a dead past—they are warnings.

As night falls, the first tremors begin. Not from above, but from below. The earth itself becomes their enemy, as ancient, burrowing entities awaken, drawn to the warmth, the sound, and the breath of the intruders. Trapped in a maze of tunnels with no escape upward, the crew must confront a primal terror that has been waiting in the dark, and whose only purpose is to drag the surface world down into the depths forever.
