00:06The Angel in Disguise singer jokingly threw some shade Jack's way
00:09after the first class star revealed that he did not know that Brandy and Ray J were siblings.
00:15After the internet went crazy over Jack's seemingly lack of music knowledge,
00:19Brandy responded and tweeted that she will merc the 24-year-old rapper on his own beats
00:24and then sing him to sleep.
00:26Now, once this response made headlines and caused a bit of controversy,
00:29Brandy eventually shared she wasn't being serious in the comments
00:32and, in fact, she wasn't even aware that Jack was a rapper.
00:36Well, the Kentucky native did not seem to be fazed as he took to his Instagram story
00:40to give Brandy a shout-out.
