One of those Jaegers we meet early on in the movie

is a tiny 40 feet tall Jaeger called Scrapper

that Amara, one of our characters, has built herself.

Scrapper's not a toy and she's not for sale.

I actually wanted to get a better idea of how Amara built Scrapper.

So I actually talked to the people who built her on paper

and all the blueprints and what they wanted to add to Scrapper.

For example, she lives in Santa Monica,

so she took pieces from the Santa Monica Pier,

like there's some bumper cars for the foot of Scrapper.

So she's the type of person that really thinks on her feet.
