00:00You know, you've played for a handful of coaches in your NFL career.

00:03I'm curious, what stands out about Mike Vrabel and makes him such a good head coach?

00:09Honestly, just being able to talk to him.

00:12A lot of coaches are awkward by nature or, you know, they play favorites by nature.

00:20You know, everybody has favorites one way or the other,

00:22but a lot of coaches that get in front of their job and Mike's not like that.

00:28Mike is down to earth.

00:32You can talk to him about anything, and he's someone that you want to play hard for.

00:38What does that mean?

00:38Does that mean, like, joking around with him on the field or when you see him in the hallway,

00:42or is that like you can actually, like, go in and sit down with him?

00:44Like, what does it mean he's easy to talk to?

00:47Both.

00:48You joke around with him on the field, go sit in his office, talk to him.

00:52Whatever you need to do in that moment, Mike's the guy that will be there for you,

00:57there for your family and, you know, puts the team first.
