01:00Well, a feeling for Great O'Conn in this year's World Tag League could be described as dejected.
01:10But the feeling within United Empire in December of 2025 very well may be described as disconnected.
01:20Great O'Conn not certain if he even wants there to be a United Empire in 2026.
01:26But I'll tell you two men who absolutely do, Jacob Austin Young still trying to hold on to his position here in New Japan Pro Wrestling as a member of United Empire.
01:36Cal Newman meanwhile, looking to try and hold on to the relic of what?
01:41His own mentor, his own godfather in a sense, Will Ospreay go out here with the green and gold.
01:48The Prince, Calum Newman and Great O'Conn competing in this year's World Tag League.
02:06And sitting at nice and a pretty lead in the block alongside Shota Udo and Yuya Uemura in block beat competition.
02:20We'll be seeing Shota and Yuya later on here tonight in our next match of the evening.
02:25But right now United Empire have to turn their attention to the War Dogs and Hiromu Takahashi.
02:38Yay!
02:39The deshalb—
02:41That's the only one of the most of the most of the most of the most, the most of the most of the most most of the most of the most most of the most of the most kick is.
02:46Tell us about the world that's one.
02:47Okay kid, you know that's a good one.
02:49Take care of all his mind.
02:50And her back in the middle of the world.
02:52The first one.
02:53So the third one.
02:54Oh, you won't get right over your field.
02:55The second one.
02:57You won't take care of all.
02:58And of course.
02:59The second one.
03:00The second one.
03:01Your GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion,
03:06Noah Jr. Grand Prix winner and
03:092024 World Tag League winner, Hiromu Takahashi.
03:13Stands alongside a former IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion.
03:17And this year's the New Japan Cup Tournament Victor, David Finley.
03:26Well, feet less than comfortable here tonight for
03:30David Finley and Hiromu Takahashi.
03:33Knowing now that they have been eliminated,
03:35the second team in Block B to be eliminated in World Tag League 2025.
03:40Now the only hope for Finley and Hiromu is to play spoiler against two men
03:46who have certainly drawn their ire all throughout the year of 2025.
03:51One more so for the other, David Finley has added out for
03:55United Empire since the day of Will Ospreay here in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
04:00He's set Will Ospreay out of this company.
04:02Now he's looking to take out Will Ospreay's second son, and Calum Newman.
04:08Who's a G.H.C. Junior Heavyweight Champion,
04:11and Noah Jr. Grand Prix winner,
04:15Time Bomb, Takashi Hiromu.
04:17The V-R-B.
04:20The V-R-B.
04:22The V-R-B.
04:25The V-R-R-B.
04:26The V-R-B.
04:28David Finley.
04:29The V-R-B.
04:33Thank you, Sakamoto Yuya.
05:03David Finley looking to join myself here tonight ahead of our Block A competitions soon to come here on NJPW World.
05:12But before that, David Finley has another fight to fight besides me.
05:16That's going to be in it.
05:17J-A-Y, Callum Newman, and Great Okan.
05:26Well, if there's one thing Hiromu Takahashi has been able to get on the same page with David Finley and Kato,
05:32well, really all members of the War Dogs, it is going to be that beautiful bark.
05:48Wow, well, we're going to, thank God we have no censorship on streaming.
05:55Come on, come on, come on.
05:59This is certainly a twist of expectation.
06:06Yeah, but this is a lot more like the Kato that we've come to know.
06:12Now, Jacob Austin Young wants Kato fiercely.
06:14Meanwhile, Hiromu Takahashi going to start off with a great Okan here tonight.
06:19Referee Yuya Sakamoto, bell sounds were officially underway.
06:23It's a one fall, 20-minute time limit tonight.
06:29And the GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion, a 2024 World Tag League winner, will not be crowned a 2025 World Tag League winner.
06:40And you can chop that up to a very different partner this year.
06:42I don't remember in 2024, Tetsuya Naito trying to throw Hiromu Takahashi too much around.
06:47At least not in a way that Hiromu didn't appreciate.
06:49Meanwhile, well, David Finley might need to come in with the assist sooner rather than later here.
06:58This is a question that we very well may pitch to David Finley when he makes his way over for English broadcast later on in the night.
07:04But what is there to gain for David Finley in the assistance of Hiromu Takahashi here on the evening or even tomorrow against United Empire?
07:13Is there anything to gain in assisting Hiromu other than defeating United Empire?
07:18Finley has had issues with the Empire for a long, long time.
07:22Well, and speaking of the assist, Finley to come in hot with one.
07:25And takes out J.A.Y. and Cal Newman at ringside as well.
07:29And you do not have to ask David Finley twice to try and knock some heads around within the green and gold.
07:37And he has certainly done so before, but now even within his own, well, not even unit, but affiliated unit for the unaffiliated.
07:50And Hiromu's had enough.
07:52He's got to start putting the junior foot down.
07:54In a while, no, Hiromu spiked into that buckle by Finley.
07:59And a devastating drop there.
08:02And it's all thanks to Great Okan, a package deal for Okan.
08:08And it's Great Okan's going to try and keep the energy running and rolling here.
08:12And we do everything we can here, and we've sewed enough seeds of dissension in United Empire over the course of 2025.
08:27I've been called out majorly for that, but truth be told, it starts to feel as though in 2025, a lot of the members of United Empire do not exactly like one another, or more so tolerate one another's existence.
08:40But Callum Newman and Jacob Austin Young certainly not talking strategy, as Newman referred to me back in the English broadcast booth just a few nights ago, when he told me that J.A.Y. never told him he was going to start interfering in these league matches.
08:53Is that something that J.A.Y. and Great Okan have discussed?
08:55Well, I'd probably assume not.
09:01Meanwhile, Great Okan looking to take a fine and dandy sit here in the corner.
09:09Tag made, and for all the issues that Okan may have with United Empire, all the issues that Okan may have just generally in professional wrestling, frustrated at the lack of pace in his career, you might imagine.
09:21Covering a kick out in two for Jacob Austin Young.
09:25It's one thing to sit on it in a literal sense, as we've seen Great Okan do in the ring.
09:30It's another thing to sulk on it.
09:32It's a whole different thing to do what men like J.A.Y. and Callum Newman are seeking to do, and that is what we're seeing right now.
09:39Put the boots on, put the effort in inside that ring, and do what you can to try and change your narrative come 2026.
09:45And meanwhile, Callum Newman and Jake Lawson Young doing exactly that here tonight.
09:55Off the ropes here for Newman underneath on Hiromu, and the fastest wrestler in the world takes it to the junior heavyweight, but to be outpaced,
10:04Tehanis takes down for Hiromu Takahashi.
10:07And a tag in the corner, here comes David Fittler.
10:21Oh, and a huge back body drop.
10:27Looking to follow suit here, Hiromu Takahashi.
10:29No, no, no, you gotta find your way faster, my friend.
10:33Takes out Great Okan in the corner, and not by intention.
10:36It's now rolled in on Great Okan as well.
10:43Meanwhile, Finley, an absolute house of fire.
10:46Sprint, sprint, sprint here.
10:49Up until the point of rest to be taken by Bullet Club Wardog Zone.
10:55And Finley here now.
11:03Oh, had that uppercut running and sorted, but instead, Cal Newman caught up.
11:09Northern Irish curse from Finley to Newman.
11:13Cover.
11:13And a two count only.
11:15Finley is going to keep things rolling here.
11:26Oh, no, no, Finley, Finley, one of that dominator.
11:29Meanwhile, Cal Newman evades out and up and over the top.
11:32Remember their battle from G-135 this year.
11:35Who came out on that equation?
11:36Newman and Finley now looking to continue that war here tonight in World Tag League
11:422025.
11:43But Okan and Newman have to put down Finley and Hiromu to secure their shot in the
11:49semi-final.
11:50Tag made in the corner, here comes Young.
11:55It's virtually a win and you're in situation for United Empire in this year's tournament.
12:00And now, Jacob Austin Young might get what he called for.
12:13No, no, no, Jay, why?
12:17You son of a, fuck you, Gato.
12:20Oh, holy hell.
12:24Oh, big fire out of Gato tonight.
12:27And now we're hitting the classic sit-out jawbreaker.
12:33No, super kick not going to connect there.
12:38And it is Okan and J-A-Y hanging and pawing Gato around ringside.
12:44As J-A-Y now takes out Hiromu, J-1, and ooh, Gato got the complete shot, though.
12:50And now here it is, Gato clutch, folded in.
12:53Oh, and Callum Newman.
12:57Cover here, J-A-Y steals yet another one.
13:02And what's going on here?
13:09Callum Newman laying these shots in on Gato, there's no good reason for this.
13:14I've seen a lot of moments, I've been a part of a lot of events, where I'd love to see Gato get what's coming to him, if you will.
13:21But it has not been deserved in recent time.
13:26David Finley and Hiromu Takahashi, a massive, massive play to become a spoiler to United Empire's great Okan and Hiromu Takahashi.
13:41Oh, hold on a minute, hold on a minute now.
13:48Oh, God, and J-A-Y, God dang.
13:50David Finley just wiped out a young lion in half our front row.
13:53Well, wrestling fans, we roll on here tonight on NJPW World, our final, holy hell.
14:18We gotta stop this one, Callum Newman and Hiromu Takahashi, they're gonna battle all the way into the back.
14:27More six-man tag team action coming up right here on NJPW World.
14:31Hold on.
