00:40As you know, he's promoting his new book, Darkness to Light,

00:42which sheds light on their troubled marriage as well as his addiction struggles.

00:46Anyway, he posted that his memoir made it on the New York Times bestsellers list.

00:50And Khloe commented on the post congratulating him.

00:53Adding to this, we're hearing exclusively Lamar was so happy and excited

00:57that Khloe publicly congratulated him and made him feel so good.

01:01He's also surprised she even commented on his post in the first place

01:05because he didn't know how she would respond.

01:07We're also told that he's hoping they can maybe see each other in person soon,

01:42He's committed to working out six days a week for the next 30 days.

02:29she said hopefully like myself and the real me will shine.
