00:41of one of Hollywood's most valuable assets
00:43to the leading company in streaming services.
00:46Some members of Congress considered this acquisition
00:49a monopoly nightmare for consumers and content creators.
00:53However, Netflix said,
00:55the deal would create jobs
00:57and give its 300 million subscribers
01:00greater value for what they pay.
