00:25A resident of Kansar village in Kendrapada district, Sagar passed his BCom from Kendrapada
00:31college in 2001. He then went on to complete his post-graduation from NIFT Delhi, following
00:37which he started working for fashion apparel firm Armani Exchange. But a corporate job that

01:17government funds, for those who have not received ration cards and for the rights of those whose
01:23names have been removed from voter ID cards.
01:27In August 2019, he knocked the doors of NHRC on the alleged rape of a woman in Sambalpur district's
01:33Kuchina. The apex rights body took cognizance of the case and sought compensation for the
01:38victim's family. He teaches children at his village. Sagar gives tuition classes for free.

02:15When people threaten me, I tell them I have filed over 1000 petitions and will keep doing
02:22so. This is enough to shut them up.
02:25Sagar said he spends around an hour every day to file petitions with the aim of ensuring
