00:00Indians who are doing well abroad, very few of them are innovators or creators.

00:06We do well in operations roles.

00:09We are very disciplined and diligent people.

00:12We are called the model minority because we get assimilated, we follow rules,

00:17and all that makes us very good operations people.

00:20We are status quoists or at best we can be useful in terms of incremental improvement.

00:26But when it comes to being disruptive, you won't find Indians there.

00:32All that we want is a safe and settled life.

00:36And what does settlement mean?

00:37Not changing anymore, not improving further, not having the guts or the stamina to be disruptive anymore.

00:46Creation is rebellion.

00:48Do we see this?

00:49But when this becomes your life, how will you rebel?

00:52Rebellion is a clenched fist, not folded hands.

00:56Rebellion is a leader.

01:05Rebellion is a leader for the table abundance.
