00:00I want all of you by the way if you get time to go back to your schools or colleges but schools in
00:05particular if you have the opportunity just to talk to 14, 15, 16 year olds about what you do
00:12here because a lot of young people wouldn't necessarily know what it means to work in a
00:17place like this and I bet you if they heard from you or saw a bit of what you're doing here they'd
00:22want to come here and work or in similar jobs so if you could do that the other thing is even to be
00:30an apprentice these days is a success in its own right because as my boy is 17 and a half so we're
00:37going through the is it university is an apprenticeship and I'm beginning to appreciate
00:42firsthand just how hard it is to find the right apprenticeship and to get on to be an apprentice
00:48so it's a huge success even to be standing here starting or halfway through or whatever it is
00:53through the apprenticeships that you're doing so congratulations to all of you thank you for
00:58showing us around it is so good to be out and about and seeing what's going on here incredibly
01:04skilled I feel a real privilege to have spent a bit of time having a look at what you're doing
