Leg Raises – One of the Best Exercises for Lower Abs & Core
Leg raises (hanging or lying) primarily target the lower portion of the rectus abdominis (the “six-pack” muscle), the hip flexors (iliopsoas, rectus femoris), and secondarily the obliques and transverse abdominis when performed with control or variations.
