00:52What I liked about her, she is and still is a very beautiful woman.

00:57I was attracted to Tony's sense of humor and he had lots of hair at that time.
01:03Well, my hair was the hair that guy you dreamed about.
01:06Then it turned into a nightmare.
01:08My background is Italian.
01:10When the family gets together, we're usually talking a minimum of 30 people.
01:13We have our residential home and we also have a lake home.
01:17We'd like to amalgamate the two into one forever home.
01:21On my wish list, I would love an amazing outdoor entertaining area.
01:25At least a minimum of five bedrooms.
01:27It goes without saying that I need a gourmet kitchen.
01:31On a property, we'd have to have an outbuilding, either a separate garage or workshop.
01:36A man cave is a word that Tony actually doesn't like to use.
01:39It's a man oasis.
01:40It's a place to escape, a place to decorate.
01:42You don't have to worry about your spouse saying, that doesn't go there.

01:46We're looking forward to the opportunity to find a great lakefront property.

03:20And Tony, just take a look at this incredible commercial-grade range.

03:29And look at the size of this island.
03:30We could be drinking wine while I'm chopping up vegetables.
03:33Sitting over here looking at the view while Tony makes breakfast, can't ask for anything more.
03:38There is one extra feature that I think is just going to take it to the next level.
03:42So now imagine you guys have a house full of family, and you want to expand the room a little bit.

03:54And just like that, we have brought the outdoors in.
03:59There's a dining section.
04:01We also have this outdoor barbecue area.
04:03I love that there's a pool here, and it feels one giant space for entertaining.
04:08It just seems a little plain right now.
04:09It's really just a blank canvas.
04:11Now let's go check out the water.
04:13So this is your waterfront.
04:15You have 190 feet of private shoreline, and there's also a great little inlet as well.
04:22I love that it's very private back here with your own little beach.
04:26But I'm going to have to ask you about these cranes.
04:28So those were actually used to lift the boat and place it back into the inlet.
04:33I find the whole thing very clunky.
04:34It's not very pretty.
04:35But we haven't even finished the inside of the house yet.
04:38Oh, this is bright.
04:40So this is your primary bedroom, and you have this sliding door that leads out to your terrace.
04:46I really like the brightness of it and that large patio that opens out onto the lake view.
04:51And they've actually incorporated an open concept ensuite bathroom.
04:55You have a double floating vanity, a walk-in glass shower, and again, that really picturesque view of the lake.
05:02I think the ensuite finishes and everything are very nice in there.
05:05I just don't think it's functional.
05:06It is going to wake the other person and not a lot of privacy.
05:09We could potentially add a door, but I want to show you some of the other entertaining spaces in the home.
05:14Oh, come on.
05:17What an incredible room.
05:18I know, right?
05:19You have these beautiful coffered ceilings.
05:22There's this gorgeous bar.
05:23There's another gas fireplace.
05:26It's separated so nicely with different zones.
05:28A seating area, a bar area, a conversation area.
05:31And not only that, you have this 300-bottle, temperature-controlled wine room.
05:37I know between Tina and I, we'll have no problem filling it, and we'll have no problem drinking it.
05:42So this concludes our tour, and I would love to go and recap everything that we've seen today.

06:11When we first walked in, I loved the vaulted ceilings, and I could actually see myself cooking up a storm on that cooktop.
06:18When you opened up those stacking doors that brought the outside in, I thought that was just phenomenal.
06:23I just thought the area was a little bland compared to the house.
06:26Going out to the lakefront, I loved that there was actually a small beach there.
06:30However, those cranes are quite the eyesore.
06:33I thought the primary bedroom was a nice size, and I really liked the en suite.
06:37However, I wish there was a wall for privacy.
06:40Walking into that lounge, I felt it was a phenomenal entertainment space.
06:44And that wine room was just as beautiful as it was functional.

06:52But I think we need to find something with a little more of a wow factor on the outside.

08:41There's this oversized soaker tub.
08:43Yeah, well, definitely the tub is built for two, which I like.
08:47But I'm kind of surprised there's not a dual sink.
08:50Due to the size of the space, it would be impossible to put a double vanity.

09:04So first, I want to point out this amazing saltwater pool.

09:16I do need to let you guys know that you don't actually own the lakefront.
09:20It is strictly for viewing only, although it is a gorgeous view.
09:24That's a little bit disappointing that we don't actually own that area.
09:27But there's something else I really want to show you that I think you guys are really going to love.

09:36Right now, we are on the top of the home.
09:39You have 360 views.
09:41There's an additional hot tub, two fire tables, an entire bar.
09:46This is absolutely phenomenal.

10:47A million dollars less than the property we saw yesterday and all the extensive amenities here.
10:52I think that's really fair.
10:53When we walked into the kitchen, I thought it was really nice and bright.
10:57But I don't think there was enough room for all our guests.
11:00When we walked into the primary bedroom, I really liked the size and the deck area.
11:04I just really wish it faced the lake.
11:06The en suite, I really liked the soaker tub, but having the one sink, I don't think it'll work for two people.
11:12When we saw the pool, I thought it was actually at a resort.
11:15The biggest issue for me is that the lakefront is public.
11:19Everything that we enjoyed on the downstairs was replicated upstairs, as well as the amazing views.
11:24That was just spectacular up there.
11:27Adriana, when you brought me to that garage, I could not believe what I saw.
11:31Just questioning if this house has too much entertainment space.
11:35In addition to that, the primary residence is lacking that little bit of wow factor.
11:39Let me see what I can do for you, and I'd love to show you guys another property.
11:42This house is an entertainer's dream.
11:44But the indoors is a little lacking.
11:52Tony and Tina are looking to sell their current homes and purchase a slice of entertainer's paradise.

12:35But I think I found something today that has a really good balance of the both.

12:42What a welcoming space.
12:44There's a double-sided fireplace, 25-foot ceilings.
12:48You have these oversized, black-framed windows that just let a ton of natural light in.
12:55That fireplace has a great coziness in this large open ceilings, which are absolutely beautiful as well.
13:02Well, Tony, as the chef of the family, I know how much you love to cook, and I'm dying to show you the kitchen.
13:08What a great, sleek-looking kitchen.
13:11We've got this waterfall, quartz countertop island, seating for five.
13:16You've got the two-toned cabinetry.
13:19We have an induction cooktop.
13:21I really like the mixture of colors.
13:23I love the black fixtures with the black lighting.
13:26The one drawback I see in this kitchen is this induction cooker.
13:29I still like my gas.
13:31Well, speaking of things you like, I would love to show you the primary suite next.
13:35This is nice.
13:37Similar to the other two homes, a little bit larger.
13:40But we still have this spectacular view.
13:43That is a great window feature.
13:45To me, what's missing in this bedroom that we've seen in the other homes is the walkout.
13:50Hopefully, the next space I show you will make up for that lack of walkout.

13:56Now, that's definitely an en suite.
13:58It has all of this beautiful marble with this caramel detailing.
14:02You have this double vanity with matte black faucets, which carries through into the shower to match.
14:09There's also this gorgeous soaker tub with a view.
14:13I'm so happy that we're finally seeing an en suite that we're really liking.
14:17I'm really glad you love the space so far, but I really want to take you outside.

14:24There's another beautiful area that you can lounge on with the glass barrier.
14:30There's an oversized swim spa.
14:33Although this is very beautiful, I don't know if it will be enough room for us to accommodate what we need.

14:52So this is a two-slip pier, and if you look down the canal, you can see everyone has their own boat as well.
14:58So all of the neighbors really form a true community.
15:02We are definitely used to living on a lake.
15:05I've never even thought about living on a canal.
15:08It definitely looks like it would be a lot of fun getting to know people who enjoy doing the same activities that we do.

20:38At first, we weren't into the canal.
20:40But then we really liked the idea of having the community.

20:48I've never thought that we would give up the lake life, but our goal was to buy our dream house and we found it.
20:54And living on the community like this, we think it's going to be such a great opportunity to socialize and entertain.
