For still country needs fast procedure laws to end court cases in properways.
Inspite of supreme court passing so many new rules to be followed, but at grass root level it is not been implemented.
Also the cost of lawyers and courts are still a very heavy weight on common citizen...
1) kanjumarg east property case of chote lal was for 9 lakhs property value.
But the total cost of approaching court and other government officials had incurred him 12 lakhs till date and it's a decade old matter already which is not over
2) kanva group of companies are just one among the companies in india who had property sold out for few hundred crores but even after 7 years all investors are waiting for court case to be over in hopes of getting their hard earned money back with interest on investment....
Surely it's difficult for all constitution laws to be implemented and protected in a big country ..
But the rights of people have to be shown , implemented and taught in more easier ways...
