00:09I would say it's one of the most serious fires that happened in the world, in modern history.
00:14So a lot of Hong Kongers, not only those who are based in Hong Kong, but also those who are now outside of Hong Kong,
00:21feel really heartbroken when seeing things happen.
00:25The fire broke out on November 26 and quickly spread across seven of the housing project's eight towers.
00:3231 people are still missing and thousands of people have been left homeless.
00:37Authorities say the fire was filled by substandard plastic mesh and insulation foam used during renovation work at the high-rise estate.
00:44So far, 21 people have been arrested in connection with the fire.
