*Shaljam Matar Recipe* 🥔🌽

A delicious and hearty winter dish made with tender turnips (shaljam) and green peas (matar) in a flavorful masala gravy.

*Ingredients:*
- 2 medium turnips (shaljam), peeled and diced
- 1 cup green peas (matar)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander, for garnish

*Instructions:*
1. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and sauté onions until golden.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
4. Add turnips, peas, and spices. Mix well.
5. Add water, cover, and cook until turnips are tender.
6. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
