Ingredients

Onion...................................­............4 medium (chopped)
Dates...................................­............8-10 soaked in water.
Green chilli..................................­....5.
Coriander leaves............................1 table sp.
Curd(sour)..............................­........1/2 cup.
Water melon seeds........................1 table sp(soaked in water).
Red chilli powder...........................2 tsp.
Garam masala paste....................2 tsp.
Ginger & garlic paste....................3 tsp.
Coriander powder.........................3 tsp.
Lemon juice of..............................1/2 lemon.
Salt.................................. .............to taste.
Green cardamom powder...........1 tsp.
Turmeric powder.........................1/2 tsp.
Mutton..................................­........1/2 k.g.
Tomato............................. ...........2 large cut.
Whole garam masala ..................1 bay leaf, 1 cinnamon stick, 1/4 caraway seeds, 1 chhabeelas, 1 pattar phool, 1 large cardamom, 10-15 black pepper .
Oil.....................................­........... according to requirement

Method

1) Take mutton in a bowl add curd to it, add salt, ginger and garlic paste mix well, add turmeric powder coriander powder lemon juice and red chilli powder keep it for 1 hour (marination).

2) Take a cooker, add oil in the cooker, put bay leaf, green cardamom, large cardamom, caraway seeds , black pepper and fry them add onion and fry till they become pink.

3) Add the mutton which we have marinated give a good mix.

4) Cook for 5-6 min , add tomatoes to the mutton cook for 5-6 min.

5.) Add garam masala and cook for 3-4 min, Now add paste of green chilli, coriander leaves, dates and water melon seeds.

6) Mix well add water according to requirement. Cook for 20-25 or till the mutton is done.

7) You'll need about 250 to 300 ml of water.

8) Serve with roti, tandoori or naan.
