रूस के राष्ट्रपति व्लादिमीर पुतिन के भारत दौरे का आज दूसरा दिन है। रूसी राष्ट्रपति आज राष्ट्रपति भवन पहुंचे, जहां उनका औपचारिक स्वागत किया गया। राष्ट्रपति भवन पहुंचने के बाद राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू और पीएम मोदी ने उन्हें रिसीव किया। इसके बाद 21 तोपों की सलामी देकर उन्हें गार्ड ऑफ ऑनर दिया गया। जिसके बाद पुतिन राजघाट पहुंचे और महात्मा गांधी को श्रद्धांजलि दी।
