00:36The film sees Meskel play the grown-up nephew of Emperor Commodus.

00:40Commodus was played by Joaquin Phoenix in the original film.

00:43After being forced into slavery, Meskel's character returns to Rome to battle not as a ruler,

00:48but as a gladiator out for vengeance over two decades after the original gladiator epic.

00:58Gladiator 2 opens November 22nd, over 20 years after Ridley Scott's original gladiator was released.
