Teresa Giudice's husband — the father of four who has appeared on the Bravo reality series — has been ordered to return to Italy.

00:11A spokesperson for the DOJ's Executive Office of Immigration told The Hollywood Reporter,
00:15records show that today, October 10, 2018, immigration judge John Ellington ordered Giuseppe Giudice
00:21removed from the United States. Joe, who appeared on several seasons of the Bravo show alongside his
00:27wife, has 30 days to appeal the decision. According to reports, Teresa Giudice, who lives in New Jersey
00:33with the couple's four daughters, was not present in court. Joe is currently serving a 41-month prison
00:39sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud that began in March 2016. He is set to be released in
00:452019. Joe and Teresa both pleaded guilty in 2014 to 41 counts of fraud, making national headline news.
00:52Teresa completed her own 11-month prison stint in 2015. Back in January, Teresa opened up about the
00:59pending possibility of her husband's deportation during the New Jersey Housewives' Season 8
01:04reunion. She said at the time,
01:06"...Italy is a beautiful place to live. Whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen.
