00:03It's been a long fight.

00:05We've been at the table for 10 months.

00:07We've had multiple meetings.

00:09And at this point, the only reason that they have taken off the offer

00:13that would say all of you go backwards $20,000 a year

00:16is because we said we'd be here today.

00:18This is about changing the skydive industry

00:20to make sure that you guys have meaningful careers

00:22and good jobs going into the future.

00:24This company has been really successful.

00:26They started here in Wollongong.

00:28They went on to conquer the rest of the country in this industry.

00:32And as a reward, they're offering you guys a pay cut

00:35for all the hard work you guys have done building the company with them.
