Today's report has left us
00:27
with some answers but also a number of unanswered questions. We have always wanted to ensure
00:35
that what happened to Dawn will not happen to others, that lessons should be learned
00:41
and that meaningful changes should be made. The report today contains no recommendations.
00:51
That is a matter of real concern. There should be, there must be, reflection and change.
01:01
Today is the end of this public process. We remain devastated by Dawn's death. She is
01:10
missed and always will be. The family will not be taking any questions and we ask that
01:18
privacy is respected.
01:20
That's it.
01:22
That's it.
