L’été 1957 est désastreux pour l’ancien coureur automobile Enzo Ferrari. Son entreprise automobile est en faillite, son couple avec sa femme Laura bat de l’aile et son fils Dino succombe à la maladie. Enzo n’a plus qu’un seul espoir: la course Mille Miglia qui traverse l’Italie.
